Providing high-quality wraparound illumination, the Litepanels Studio X5 Daylight LED Fresnel Light US Powerfrom Litepanels Studio X5 Daylight LED Fresnel Light US Powerfeatures a 10" Fresnel lens with an adjustable beam angle of 16 to 67° that can be further controlled by the included 4-leaf barndoors. This light provides a constant color temperature of 5600K and allows 0 to 100% continuous dimming for perfect skin tone rendering. A: Unfortunately, the manufacturer only offers a V Mount plate such as the Rayzr 7 V-Mount Battery Plate for Rayzr 7 200, 200BM, 300B B&H # RAVPR7 to power this light on location. An option to convert the battery plate is the Anton Bauer V-Mount to Gold-Mount Adapter Plate for Sony F5/F55 CineAlta Cameras B&H # ANQRC4KS, however it has not been tested to our knowledge.

[50,000 Hours] I am an established photographer and I was looking for some new lighting. I found this and decided to get it because it was portable and lightweight. I do a lot of outside shooting and this is the perfect light for that. It does not get hot either, which is very lovely. A great investment! 5

[Proprietary] My original aputure 300ii cord went out and I left my other cord in another state and it's impossible to find aputure accessory replacement cord. This one works perfect for 300dii and 300x 5

[CRI 90] I have had a tungsten model and daylight model of this light. I really like how simple it is. For lighting up a scrim or accenting a wall it works great. The daylight is about 1/3 of a stop brighter than the tungsten balanced light. I like that its dead quiet and simple to use. The added V mount bracket included is super handy as well. 5

[Fan] I've only been working as a videographer for about two years, mostly part time, but every now and then I get a great gig to work on during my vacation time. I decided to purchase the Dracast LED 2000 Fresnel because I was going to be traveling to Central America to work on a travel documentary, and I wanted a portable and lightweight LED panel that would be easy and convenient to carry. I also wanted to find something that wouldn't over heat in the hot tropical climates of Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama. I feel like I made a great choice. Not only did the Dracast LED 2000 Fresnel deliver on my expectations of convenience and portability, but I can also give it great marks for things like energy saving (I get up to two hours on it, depending on how I am using it), while still providing excellent beam intensity and long distance capabilities. It's essentially an LED fresnel. The color quality is impressively accurate, offering a pure light and no funky color tints. I also appreciated the built in DMX controls that I could control with my external panel. Highly recommended accessory. 5

[5600K] I bought this Sola 4+ fresnel for use as a back light in a typical 3 point lighting scenario. It fits the bill quite well I think. I considered the ARRI L5 for this because it is bi-color, but my budget didn't quite allow for it, so the Sola 4+ was the next best option. The Sola 4+ is light enough to place on a boom without excessive counterweights and allows for easy rigging. The fixture is mostly plastic which gives it a bit of a cheap feel however. The barn doors have plastic hinges but the doors are aluminum. Considering the plastic makes it light weight, which is a huge bonus if you are travelling with this fixture, I think it is a reasonable trade off. The focus range allows fine tuning and quite a narrow spot. Fan is quite enough that most audio situations would not pick it up. The fixture has a small form factor but it packs a pretty good punch for its size. Because it is only daylight balanced, I purchased the 5 piece CTO pack which includes a opal frost diffusion. Not sure I will use the DMX function but it's nice to know it's there incase I do. Overall, I think this light is a pretty good value but it needs to be handled and packed carefully to avoid possible damage. I gave the Sola 4+ five stars because it met my expectations based on the advertising and published specs. Now Litepanels needs to make a bi-color version of this fresnel to truly perfect it! 5

[5600K] Well I left a review back in 2017 after I bought it. Im still quite happy with the Fixture. I recently tested the CRI using my Sekonic C-700, the results hovered around 94.0 to 95.0 depending on temperature. I would say Litepanels general claim of a High CRI rings true but the output is no where near a 575w HMI. There are cheaper lights on the market now like the Aputure Storm 300d II that do output the equivalent of the 575w HMI, however I have not tested the CRI as of yet. 5
