A: It is not possible to go from an HDMI output to a DisplayPort input. You could technically get a 240Hz 4K signal over HDMI 2.1 using stream compression, but if you are gaming that may cause the issues. Instead, if you are looking to game at a 240Hz refresh rate, you would be better off lowering the resolution to 1440.
