A: The two systems can coexist.

A: the unit will accommodate 4 sets in same location anything more than that we would suggest the following. Review the 4k bolt 750 series

A: Not that we are aware of. HDBaseT is a system that allows for sending an HDMI signal over Cat6 cables for the purpose of allowing longer distances than typically available though a standard HDMI cable. It is not an IP format which you'd connect to a network directly. [10.7 x 9.7 x 3"] The StarTech device worked great from the time we plugged it in. Since it only needs power at one end (and either end works), it was easy to install and is flexible. Liked it so much that we are replacing another extender of a different brand. 5

[ (97 W)] Handles 1080p and 3d with no problems. Plug and play. Haven't yet tested 4k, but it handles everything else. 5

[2x RJ45 RS-232] I often like to show family members videos and pictures of our vacation and the kids from the computer on the TV. We also like to watch a lot of streamed content as well. My TV is not a smart TV so I can't stream content to it from my computer. I often have to copy everything to a USB stick and plug that into my TV. This eliminates that by being able to hook my computer from across the room to my TV as a monitor and watch media content on my TV from my computer without having to move it. Picture is clear without any degradation. The two units are small enough to tuck away out of sight. Did what I needed it to do. I received this product in exchange for an unbiased review. 5

[1x Barrel Input] We tested the device over 100’ of cable with great results. The picture quality appears to be flawless and the fact that it only requires power on one end is definitely plus. Highly recommended! The small converters on each end are easy to hide and it was a simple install. 5

[1x Barrel Input] Although you can buy other 4k HDBaseT extenders for less money, the Atlona units come with cable testing and firmware upgrade software which made the difference for me. The unit also works flawlessly for my 50ft run. 5

[1x Barrel Input] Now have this installed with a CAT 8 cable between my media rack and my Sony 4k HDR laser projector...and now the projector is running on a full 4:4:4 signal. Cannot top that! 5
