The Bescor NPW126SUSBC NPW126SAC 5VUSB8V USB-A Adapter Kitfeatures a USB Type-A connector that plugs into any 5 VDC USB port and provides 8 VDC power output via a 2.1mm coaxial connector. The cable is power-regulated and the output voltage is well suited for powering cameras that use a 7.4 VDC battery. The coaxial/barrel power connector allows you to connect an optional DC coupler/dummy battery to the cable to provide power to your DSLR or mirrorless camera.

[2.1 mm] Nice to have this for document and slide scanning projects. Swapping batteries was tedious and problematic if not charged. B&H delivered a few days sooner than promised as well. 5

[1x DC Barrel] I do long-run (overnight) exposures. The lack of a battery grip on the Canon R7 could have been a deal breaker. It turns out this was a better solution: you can run the camera off the AC for as long as needed. Also, this lets you charge the battery in camera when not shooting. This is a great convenience, and at a better price than Canon's equivalent. 5

[2.1 mm] I got the OEM Nikon dummy battery from the B&H used store, and this unit works flawlessly with it in my OG Z6. I've used it along with an external recorder and a large SSD to record multiple hours non-stop, and on my desk use it to power the Z6 as a web cam while working. In the few weeks I've owned it, it's been flawless in hours of continuous use. If you're worried about using this non-OEM adapter, or if you can use it with the OEM Nikon dummy battery, in both instances it's been perfect for me. 5
