[0.12 lb] First attempt resulted in large bubble. Contacted Expert Shield, sent me a replacement. Great customer service!

[Glass] The product itself is great. You wouldn't even know it was on once installed. But the customer service is EXEMPLARY. I ordered the wrong size and didnt realize til after I opened it, and they sent me a new one right away. They were super helpful, super responsive, and really dedicated to excellent customer service. I wish more companies were like them. To the reviewer that had dust in theirs, I would say reach out to the company and Id bet they send you a new one for free!

[0.12 lb] This is a phenomenal screen protector. I have had this on my q2 for 4 years and it's amazing. Feels like glass (it is rigid, not flexible) and doesn't come off. The m11 is the same. It is nice they send you 2, so a little less pressure on the installation. Definitely follow the instructions to a t, my second try has 0 air bubbles. Can't even tell it's there. The steamy bathroom is a good tip

[Dry Adhesion] The one tip Expert Shield provided took the nightmare out of positioning and applying the shield perfectly: Simply position the shield in place and using a small piece of masking tape attach one end of the shield to the camera body. Then after repositioning, lift the shield using the tape as a hinge and peel off the under protective layer. With the hinge still in place, allow the shield to 'fall' into place. Smooth out and remove top protective layer.

[0.12 lb] The Leica M11-P doesn't need a screen protector with its sapphire crystal glass, but I opted for one anyway. Expert Shield provides helpful 'Easy as ABC tips; however, I didn't have tape around to use as a hinge. Instead, before peeling off the factory screen protector, I put on some nitrile powder-free gloves and laid the Expert Shield screen protector on top to get a sense of how it aligns. Once I used a rocket-shaped air-blower to make everything dust free, as well as peeled the factory screen protector and the Expert Shield screen protector backing, I just made sure the left edges lined up parallel in the position I wanted then dropped it. Nothing seemed to happen in the first couple seconds, then the Expert Shield screen protector began to adhere and settle on its own onto the Leica M11-P's sapphire crystal glass from the upper right corner towards the bottom left corner, slowly pushing a huge air bubble that shrinks in size and eventually gets pushed out as it goes. Talk about trusting the process! The Expert Shield installs itself resulting in a smooth, crystal clear application. No dust. No bubbles.

[Glass] Easy to put on and easy to take off (to reposition) and put back on. I also used latex gloves to keep from leaving finger prints.
