The black, extra-large Bubblebee Spacer Cover for Windshield - Black, Extra-Largeis a fur cover designed to slip over The Spacer Bubble windshield size extra-large and size extra-large/Big Mount, and fit perfectly. Made of high-quality, high-density short-haired faux-fur, it allows for optimal frequency transparency and effective wind protection when recording outdoors in light-to-medium winds.

Constructed with a sturdy leather brim, the Spacer Cover stays firmly in place when it is mounted. The inside is made of a durable polyester mix, allowing the cover to quickly and easily slide onto the Spacer Bubble base, so you can adapt to on-location changing-wind conditions in just seconds. [Black] Last day of shooting on a short film today (Saturday) and I saw on Thursday that we were going to get a lot of wind, and boy did we! Fortunately I bought this and paid the $15ish for expedited delivery and it arrived Friday morning. We had some pretty powerful gusts, but this thing did a great job of dealing with that. Of course you can still hear the wind on the trees, crops, etc. but I'm not hearing much that's effecting the mic itself. Still able to record dialog just fine. DaVinci Resolve's vocal isolation feature is doing quite a bit to help clear the background noise out, but without this cover I doubt there would have been much dialog for the program to be able to isolate. 5

[Faux Fur] For a combo of the Sony bodies and the 200-600 lens this bag was literally made for that combination. Fits perfectly providing storage for the extras you need for cleaning etc. 5

[Faux Fur] Found out on a Thursday that my Saturday shoot to wrap up a short film was going to be super windy. So I paid the extra $15ish for overnight shipping and got it before noon the next day. Worked great for the conditions we were in. DaVinci's vocal isolation helped get rid of the sound we picked up of the trees, crops, etc. but thanks to this baby we were able to pick up all the dialog we needed to get without any issues. 5

[Black] I tried a ThinkTank 150 for a long telephoto lens and body attached. It was a VERY tight fit. Now with this Kinesis I can use my Z9 with the 100-400S lens and the lens hood attached ready to go, not reversed. I have a 180-600Z lens on order that will also fit perfectly fine. Plenty of padding to protect but not real stiff either. Large storage zip front compartment to handle cleaning gear, straps and more. What a great design. I consider this to be the 1st choice for what I described being used. 5

[Faux Fur] I started doing a number of exterior interviews and was relying solely on lavs placed inside shirts. That was successful. But I was hanging a shotgun mike as well and had wind noise with even the slightest breeze. Bought the Bubblebee unit and looked at a weather app to see which day that week was the windiest. Went to my local park on that day where breezes come up the hill briskly from the Hudson River. In 20 mph wind there was absolutely no problem. Clean sound. 5

[Black] This is THE holster bag to get if you're using a Sony 200-600G lens or a Nikon 180-600 Z lens along with virtually ANY body (Z9 included) where it provides a PERFECT fit. I can easily even have my Z9 along with a 100-400S lens with the hood set up ready to go and still have some room at the top left. It's padded enough for some security. It has MORE room available then my other large holster bag, the ThinkTank 150. So easy to access and it slips easily in and out with a large setup. It may not come with a strap but most of us have extras around anyway. I consider this THE bag for large setups. The zippers are even smoother to operate then the ThinkTank or LowePro bags. A nice large pouch in front for all my cleaning supplies when on the run. 5

[1] I've been looking for an easy carry, non-backpack bag that's is more cylinder or rectangle in shape with a large opening to easily slide my DSLRs in and out when specifically connected to my 200-500 Nikon lens. So glad I stumbled across the c850. It was made for this! It's the perfect size, has great quality and is well padded. I own other bags for travel. I would not use it for travel is it needed to be booked. This is for tossing my rig on the front seat and doing casual drives down back roads and through areas where I may see wildlife. It's perfect for that need. 5
