This Watson Dual Rapid Charger for 3V CR123A & CR2 Batteriesfrom Watson Dual Rapid Charger for 3V CR123A & CR2 Batteriesworks with 3V CR123A or CR2 rechargeable lithium batteries, and includes two of the 200mAh CR2 type. Individually-monitored channels allow you to charge one battery or two simultaneously, and you can even charge a CR123A and a CR2 together. Charging time is about 2.4 hr for 1-2 CR123A batteries, or 1.6 hr for 1- 2 CR2 batteries. LED indicators are red when charging is in-progress and flash in blue when it's 80-90% done. They will change to a constant blue when charging is 90-100% complete, and will flash red and blue to alert you to a battery error.

Over-voltage protection keeps the charger from outputting too much power, and surge protection shields it from input power overload. Reverse polarity protection prevents damage if batteries are inserted incorrectly. The Dual Rapid charger accepts 100-240VAC input power for use all over the world. An AC and DC adapter are included for use at-home, in the office or on-the-go.

Both the included CR2 and optional CR123A batteries are rechargeable up to 1000 times and feature excellent high-load performance, which helps prevent memory effect.

A: According to Vello, they sate that the Watson CR123A Rechargeable Lithium Battery (3V, 400mAh) should have a maximum voltage of 3.4 V when fully charged.

Q: 4. Has anyone put these on a volt meter? I would like to know what the voltage of these are without a load...

A: The nominal rating is 3.0VDC. After charging, most likely the voltage will be higher than that for some time. As the battery ages, it will lose the capacity for over voltage.

[2x CR2] These are, as far as I can tell, the only rechargeables on the market that are 100% compatible with equipment that needs 3V CR123A batteries, and they are only available from B&H. Too bad about the lack of choice, but they do work very well and the capacity is as stated. I use these in my August lock, where it saves me a fortune, since the lock is hard on batteries. I also use the smaller CR2 batteries in various smart home sensors, where they likewise result in significant savings over the long run. 5

[300 mA] I have a Streamlight Polytac flashlight that only accepts 3v cr123 batteries. all other rechargeable cr123 batteries are 3.7v which is too much voltage, but these Watson batteries work great. I love how these Watson batteries came completely sealed. B&H photo seems like the only place that carries them. I hope they don't ever stop! 5

[Lithium] Great Price, fast shipping and it works great! I can't believe how fast these batteries charged. I started them at at a dead/drained status did a couple small tasks and they were charged when I came back. Literally just minutes. Very happy with my purchase so far. I would definitely recommend this compact charging system for CR123's. And I would absolutely recommend bhphotovideo.com. They have actually been around since I was born, that's old. Sorry BH! Not happy about that age either. 5

[Lithium] I use these in my Nikon SB-R200 flashes. Although the capacity is not as high as traditional batteries, I have a backup set that I can cycle between. One set to charging and the other in use. I chose this one specifically because they manual called for 3.0V and not 3.7V. It's a minor detail, but electronics are picky. Overall these batteries work perfectly for my application. I'm more curious about the longevity of this product. We will see how long it will last. Highly recommended! 5

[2-Prong US Plug] Versatile. Compact. Mobile. Just what I needed when I'm feral pig hunting with my thermals all night! I keep two batteries charging and on the ready in my vehicle. When necessary I perform the 'hot swap' and keep right on hunting. Watson comes with a Wall plug when at home and cleaning my pig pounder. The Vehicle Charger when hunting piggies. [Lithium] I was going broke buying cr123 batteries for my Streamlight flashlight and the Watsons were the first rechargeables I found that were the correct voltage and dimensions. The charger seems fast and the flashlight is bright as ever. 5
