[APS-C] Just received this amazing lens for my Fujifilm XH1. I am new to Fujifilm. Maybe 2 months now I have been shooting with it with an 18 to 135 and 70 to 300. But this lens is truly magnificent. I own two Leicas and now they are both retired. WOW,Kudos to Fujifilm and Viltrox for a great combo. Cannot wait to go To Iceland with this combo. 5

[2.245 lb] I was looking for a decent lens to use for my YouTube channel. So like most I went down the YT rabbit hole and watched several videos about the lens. When I finally decided to pull the trigger and order the lens the anticipation was building. Once I received the lens I was absolutely pleased. Everything mentioned on YT was pretty accurate. This lens is great for talking head and should be used on a tripod. I haven't tried yet with my gimbal, I am absolutely satisfied and I think the 13mm is very versatile when filming video or vlogs. As a newbie to lenses, I made a great choice and so will you if you go the Viltrox route. 5

[Autofocus] I bought this for use with a Z30 for action shots (mountain bike, ski, cyclocross) after being underwhelmed with the Nikon Z 14-30 f/4. I am super impressed with the image quality of this Viltrox 13mm f/1.4 and much prefer it to anything coming from the 14-30 f/4. Shooting straight into the sun is not as good as with my S series Nikon glass, and I'm not getting much for sun stars, but neither of these bother me. If the body had more plastic and no aperture ring, I'd be fine with that as I'm clipping this to a backpack and riding, hiking, skiing, etc. Compared to the Nikon 16-50 and the Sigma 56mm F/1.4, it's heavier, but not so much that I'm dissuaded from using it. Using this lens makes me wonder how much I'd like the Nikon Z 20mm f/1.8 on my Z9, but I'll never know because this setup (Z30 + Viltrox 13mm f/1.4) is so good: light, compact, affordable, and I get images that stand out. I'm a fan. 5

[f/1.4] quality build...all metal, including lens hood...aperture ring feels smooth and true...focusing ring also smooth...price is great...photos are great quality and fast 1.4 aperture has great bokeh...close focusing unlike most wide angles...and yes, the lens covers 13mm (or 20mm full frame)...just the right weight and couldn't tell the difference between this and more expensive lenses, which don't perform as well...highly recommend 5

[0.1x] Bought this for Fuji X-mount. Absolutely love this lens. The build quality is as good as any native Fuji lens, and the image quality is on par. The aperture ring turns smoothly with satisfying detents and the focusing ring is also smooth, if you're using manual focus. The image quality is clear and bright. There aren't a lot of options for wide angle lenses for X-mount...so definitely put this on your shortlist if you're looking for one. I took it to try at a friend's recital, and the width and breadth and scale that you can get exceeded expectations. In a darkened concert hall, this had no problem capturing a good image, and I'm certain your sensor will give up before this does. The only thing I can think of that may be a con is that this is a chunky lens - bigger than the viltrox 23, 33...it's great for city/architecture photos but you will definitely stand out in the crowd. 5
