The black Altman Spectra Cyc 200 RGBA LED Wash Lightfrom Altman Spectra Cyc 200 RGBA LED Wash Lightis a 200W cyclorama/wall wash lighting fixture that features red, green, blue, and amber-colored Luxeon Rebel LEDs. The Spectra Cyc also utilizes an asymmetrical aluminum reflector to broadly and evenly disperse the light as well as an LED blending lens to reduce the effects of pixelization from direct view. The light also has pre-programmed modes for adjusting dimming from 0-100% as well as setting up a strobe mode.

Connecting the fixture to your setup is simple with male and female 5-pin XLR ports, these let you transfer data through a series of daisy-chained lights. There is also a powerCON AC out port for feed-through power for up to 20 connected lights. Other features of the Spectra Cyc 200 are push button addressing and a universal built-in 100-240 VAC power supply. It comes with a 5' power cable and is made in the USA.

A: The 200W Spectra Cyc is designed to be place on 6' -8' centers at a 3' setback off of the surface. Two of these units should be sufficient to light this wall.

A: Included is a Limited 2-Year Warranty from Chauvet.

Q: 5. How many lumens does it have?

A: It is a 7 x 12 Watt RGBW LED. The manufacturer does not specify a lumen rating.

Q: 6. how do I mount a photo strobe on it? Specifically the ALIEN B800 OR B1600

A: Unfortunately, this stand uses a bolt which normally connects to a yoke mounted light. A stand which can be used with an Alien Bees monolight is the Impact Folding Wheeled Base Stand (Black/Chrome-plated, 8.5'), B&H # IMLSPSFB8. Please see the image below for reference.

A: According to Chauvet, the white light Kelvin temperature range for the CHAUVET PROFESSIONAL COLORado 1-Quad Zoom would be from 2,800K to 7,000K.

A: No, there is no barn door made to work with the American DJ 18P HEX RGBAW+UV LED Wash Light.

A: According to CHAUVET, as the CHAUVET DJ SlimPAR Q12 BT Compact Wash LED (RGBA) PAR with Bluetooth uses BTAir (Bluetooth v4.2), the CHAUVET DJ SlimPAR Q12 BT Compact Wash LED (RGBA) PAR with Bluetooth would have an unobstructed transmission range of 150 ft maximum. Operation range may vary if there are obstructions in the path of the unit and smartphone/tablet with the BTAir app, which may limit the transmission range..

[DMX512 RDM] This fixture is built very well. Not quite like tank, but fairly close to it. A note of caution: this unit is very hot. A 750 watt bulb will be hot, I assumed. But I didn't realize the cowling/fixture would get as hot as it gets. Duh. But wow, it is bright. I have to be very careful where I set up this fixture. However, this is my first foray away from inexpensive LED lights. A very important lesson learned, but well worth the money. 5

[0-100%] This Altman light is really good quality, but everyone knows Altman makes good stuff, anyway. With a 500 watt bulb and a set of barn doors I am able to light a stage for video and spot the presenter with really good separation of the spot from the on-stage video projector screen. It is a Fresnel so the spot isn't clearly defined on the edges like an ellipsoidal, but if you need to isolate a spot this will do it. The barn doors on front make it that much easier. In wide flood mode it produces a nice, even spread - kind of like a Par 64 can. 5

[200 W max] These stands are such workhorses, you can't buy 'em used because every rental house continues to send them out constantly. It was great to get these all shiny and pretty and new, which I've never had the opportunity to see in all my years LOL! Great for theater lighting in small venues or tucked-in-the-corner additional positions. I love 'em :) 5

[50,000 hours] Just a wonderful CYC light. We ordered 5 and unfortunately one of the 5 gave off a hideous high pitched screech when powered on. Contacted customer support and they have sorted everything out as our replacement has just arrived. Overall extremely happy with the product. 5
