[90% ()] This is a good product for still filming such as interviews. It's great for filming outdoors on stationary objects. It can be used for action but, move very slow. The market has more expensive ones but this works well.

[Bluetooth] Purchased this after another video buddy of mine told me to look into it over the one I was looking at (not to name any names, but it rhymes with metal-chrome). I love that I do not have to use an app on my phone to use it. Super easy to setup. I've been using it primarily to act as a second cameraman for interview setups (no timelapses yet) and it's been pretty dang flawless.

Just be aware, the case that the Ultimate Slider Bundle comes in is MASSIVE. But it really does come with everything you need. I've paired mine with 2 kupo slider stands for some rock-solid moves.


I don't know what our camera + lens + cage + matte box + monitor weigh, but the Arc II head can easily handle it. Take a look at the photos, it's not a light setup.

I think I might order an extra sled and extra ends so that I can have the full-length slider and shorter carbon fiber one ready to go without having to do any additional changeovers.

I feel if I spend more time with it, I'll get even smoother shots, but I'm quite pleased with it right out of the box. It feels quite durable. It's got some heft to it, but not too heavy that you wouldn't want to bring it with you on shoots. And, it's compact enough that it won't take up much space with your gear or strapped to a pack. What I really like is that when its mounted on a tripod it expands to 2.5 feet. That's a nice amount of range for a slider that packs down to just over 1.5 feet. In short, it seems like a great bang for you buck. I've used cheaper sliders before. And the reason I'm not using those anymore is that they inevitably break. If you don't have the budget for a motorized system or just want a 2nd more portable slider, I highly recommend it.

[90% ()] Works exactly as expected. The quality is very good. I'm sure a truly professional slider for hundreds of dollars more would be even better but for this price it's a keeper. 5 stars because of the quality you get for the price. Anyway, it works just fine for my video projects...

[6.6' / 2 m] This is a great portable 20 slider, for travelling and easily fit in my carry on suitcase. I love how it extends to 30 for shooting. It held my Lumix GH4 with Grip but also is rated for up to 13 lbs! The belt design was something I haven't seen before, but was surprisingly smooth and easy to use! The adjustable feet helped me level my shots out while out shooting a timelapse of the sunset, but I don't seem to use the level too much, I am sure others will find it useful. I use the larger threads to mount my ballhead to the plate but it has a 1/4-20 thread to mount a camera directly to the unit. I just feel I have more adjustments with my ballhead, but on a long hike I may opt to leave the ballhead in the truck and just take the slider.

[3/8"-16 Male] Once I figured out how to put the slider together, everything has worked great. I use this to shoot on a Canon 5D, and it is very supportive and durable to do the job. I'm glad I didn't spend more on a slider, because this does the trick for establishing wide shots and a smooth glide. My only critique would be that the kit doesn't come with an allen wrench/hex key which I needed to change the tripod plate screw in order to fit with my particular DSLR.

[Bluetooth] Awesome product, especially for the price. Didn't need anything fancy or sophisticated. This does what it is suppose to do, a steady sliding shot.
