A: This tripods weight capacity is more than sufficient for holding your Canon EOS 7D and a 70-200mm f2.8 lens. Both the camera and lens tripod collar (if applicable) have a standard sized 1/4-20 tripod mount thread size, which is the same size as the male threading on the head/plate of this tripod. No adapter or reducers are required.

A: Weigh your camera with your heavest lens at your local supermarket and read the Specs/heighlights on the B&H site and see. Why ask before you read the info. Almost all DSLR APS-C weight less tha 1.5K and most regular lenses and zooms weigh less. So a tri-pod that take 5 Lbs or more is good enough for Anything you may have.

A: My experience with this tripod is that it is not very stable when you extend the stem. This might not matter in studio conditions, but it might outdoors. Just a caution.

A: I am sorry but I do not have the knowledge to answer that question. My camera carries a Macro Zoom 18 - 300 and its weight is significant, and the Monopod and its head has more than the weight capacity for it. Good luck, maybe a professional who knows might be able to answer it in an open forum.

A: Unfortunately, the Oben AC-1451 4-Section Aluminum Tripod with BA-113 Ball Head does not turn into a monopod.

[3] On 12-12-21, I purchased this Sirui NT 1005XE10 travel tripod. It is perfect for my Fujifilm X-T-2 camera and lens i.e. Fujinon 16mm F1.4 & Fjuinon 18-135mm F 3.5-5.6. The tripod provides adequate height, is light weight and very functional with the E-10 ball head for a great price at B-D Photo & Video. 5

[Ball Head] I took John Hartman's light painting class at Texas School and this is one of the tools needed to support the Godox light used in class. Works well! Doing the work without it or something like ir really wouldn't be possible. GOOD TOOL, FAIR PRICE! 5
