This fluid video head features an Arca-type quick release set, and accepts a wide variety of cameras. The head pans 360°, and has a tilt range of +90 to -75°. The camera platform is indexed, making it fast and easy to rebalance a setup on the head. It has a bubble level on the pan base and another one on the camera platform, making it simple to confirm the head is level. Pan handle mounting rosettes allow attaching the included pan handle to either side of the head for operator comfort, and individual pan and tilt locks provide individual control for tilt or pan.

Improves the monopod shooting experience by adding stability and versatility. It features a ball head with 90° notch for an extended range of movement. Each folding leg has a 3-faceted rubber foot to optimize contact with the ground regardless of angle. [5.85 lb] This monopod is fantastic. When I ordered was a bit concerned about the twist lock. They are great with a minimal twist they are tight and secure with no slippage. My lens is a Sigma 150 x 600, the pod handles the weight without any issues. Highly recommend. Great value for the dollar. 5

[5.85 lb] Relatively cheap, can collapse to be quite short, can extend to be taller than me. It's also easily sturdy enough to hold my nikon 500mm F4 P all while being quite light. 5
