I have used Acronis for year and love it's features and abilities. I wish I would have known the box version does not come with a CD or DVD. I could have bought the download version and had it immediately. Not a real problem. 5

I was able to enroll 100 chromebooks no problem and manage them though the admin console. I would recommend a little more direction with the form that was sent after we made the purchase as it was fill in the blank without descriptions. Also phone support was very helpful with resolving this. 5

I've been using version X4 for several years and felt it was time to upgrade so I got the installable version of 2021 Graphics Suite. I use this mainly for my laser engraver. I am very happy with CD as it lets me do things on my laser that would be difficult or impossible to do by hand. It's great. Customer service is also quite to respond if you need help. 5
