[Aluminum] I've had this mount on the hood of my car at the track and on the wing of my plane while flying and it's never come off. Video quality hasn't suffered for where I've used this mount. Quality and durability is excellent. 5

[Aluminum] This this is a little chunky but not horrible and you need to keep in mind that I hate clutter and want everything to look OEM so this isn’t bad but as for holding power. I think you could hang from this and the window would pull out before it lost suction. This is a suction cup you can rely on even with a full frame Canon 5D with a 24-70 hanging from it. 5

[0.96 lb] I ordered this not knowing if it would work was hard to tell from the pictures, but it is great. I use it to put on my front windshield showing the road as well as sticking it on the outside of my truck. The suction cup is great, strong, sturdy on both outide of car and winshield. Its made with a quality plastic, and am able to flex into just about any position. 5

[Aluminum] Bought and returned two different unsatisfactory mounts from Amazon. Ram has rock solid placement with versatile positioning. Only downside would be to replace bolts with stainless if using for ocean environments. Very trustworthy. 5

[Aluminum] This mount works better than expected. I used it on my windshield while driving and the picture was so smooth. The mount held it's position for hours. Mounted and dismounted easily. The adjust-ability is awesome. 5
