Monitor an indoor or outdoor area with the white Axis P3265-LVE 1080p Outdoor Dome Camera Night Vision 3.4-8.9mm Lensfrom Axis Communications. This unit uses a 1/2.8" progressive scan RGB CMOS sensor to capture 1920 x 1080 resolution video at up to 60 fps. IR LEDs provide up to 130' of night vision. The camera's 3.4-8.9mm varifocal lens delivers a 100 to 36° horizontal field of view. Two-way audio is possible via terminal connection. Integrated PoE technology simplifies connectivity by enabling the transfer of power and data through a single cable. A memory card slot accepts microSD/SDHC/SDXC cards (available separately).

This dome camera complies with ONVIF profiles G, M, S, and T, making it compatible with a wide range of surveillance devices. It is housed in an IP66-, NEMA 4X-, and IK10-rated enclosure for outdoor use in areas at risk of vandalism.

A: I believe it is worth it as the lens is high quality and will give you the longer focal length that you are after. It can be harder to manual focus since it has the longer focal length, but once you gets used to it, it does work very well.

[Yes, 2 Streams] We purchased this device to use in our pet's room to allow for checking in on them while the door is kept closed during heat waves to keep the air conditioning contained.


This camera was purchased along with an Eve Weather Station, and both were our first Apple HomeKit devices we have ever had or used. The setup was very simple and straight-forward and "just worked."


It has been in place for approximately a week now and has been working perfectly fine.

[3.4 to 8.9mm] Axis hardware is the best. B&H is the best. This is the only vendor we order camera equipment from. Axis cams are the most reliable.

[3.4 to 8.9mm] Installed on campus road with traffic reaching 35mph, offset approximately 40ft and skewed and still grabs every plate that passes by without fail. Rain or shine, day or night this setup does not disappoint.

[Two-Way] Purchased three cameras two were priced at a discount as used and had never been hooked up. one of the used was missing a base and that was expected.


The 2035 was a huge upgrade over the 2025 and had object detection the night vision is as clear as the daytime.
