Adding to the versatility of the popular Kupo 3/8"-16 Female Tip Rocks Arm10 and 11" Rocks Arms, the Kupo 3/8"-16 Female Tip Rocks Armis part of a series of interchangeable accessories. The tip is an interchangeable stainless steel 3/8"-16 female tip that can be mounted on each end of the arm to make it compatible with equipment with 3/8"-16 male threads.

A: There is no weight rating available from the manufacturer for the Kupo Sidearm with Baby Pin/Receiver. The strenght of the stand, the exact placement of the offset arm on the riser, as well as counterbalancing the offset load will all ultimately determine how much weight the offset arm can support.

A: The pins on the Kupo Adjustable Twin Baby Side Arm (15") are not made to be removed.

A: While extension grip arms do not often list load capacity, the approximate load capacity for a 40 inch extension grip arm would be approximately 10 lbs. It can be used as a boom for lightweight items or light fixtures.

A: Fixed position, you get a 2nd grip head to slide the arm up & down

A: The load capacity is not rated. In almost every case it will be the stand that determines the load limits of the grip arm.

A: The clamp can work with items that are between,Minimum Jaw Diameter is 1.18 (30mm)Maximum Jaw Diameter is 1.38 (35mm)There are many Foba extensions. Technically if the one you are referring to is in between the sizes above it should fit.

Q: 10. Is the baby pin welded on top? I want to find a stronger handheld boom than the Sunswatter "Heavy Duty" boom, over time the baby pin loosens up.

A: According to the manufacturer, the 5/8" baby pin stud on the end of the Kupo Baby Handheld Boom Arm (Aluminum) is tight fitted into the tube and fixed with crossed pins instead of a single pin. Basically, the baby pin would not loosen if you stay below the maximum payload listing of 7.94 lb (3.6 kg).

[Stainless Steel] Great product. I am using it on the end of a boom to attach a studio strobe light. Had to shave off a small amount of material on the end to fit the strobe's clamp hole, but this was a minor thing that I had expected. 5

[Silver] This arm is meant to be used with the Kupo 3 way clamp. It attaches in seconds and adds additional support for the 40 arms to hold your accessories such as lights,etc. If you use light weight stands for on location you know the more elaborate you get with the lights and reflectors the stands need sandbags because of additional weight. Additional weight causes the grips to slip or the arm s to bend, This item will stop these two problems. 5

[Silver] My C-stand arm was sagging down when fitted with a 3'x1' LED light panel. Adding this Kupo support arm eliminated the sagging and kept the light just where I intended. Good alternative to a full boom arm with counterweight. 5

[Silver] I bought seven of these over the course of spring 2022. Five of them came exactly as pictured, while two were machined to a slightly narrower diameter at the base (the diameter of the ring with the knurled grip on it). Also, the narrower units had little to no bevel where the 3/8 female threads meet the flat bottom face of the item. In comparison, the 5x units matching the picture have a significant bevel, as you can see for yourself in the photo. Finally, all my units came with a plastic cap that threads onto the 1/4 tip. I'm providing this info in case it helps someone in the future, as these variations could mean the difference between a good fit and a bad fit in certain applications. Altogether, I'm completely satisfied with the 7x units I purchased. 5
