[1' / 30 cm] I have tried many docks over the months from Dell, Lenovo, Kensington, Belkin and even CalDigit.

Hyper Dock offers the biggest number of legacy USB-A ports as well as it's the only sick that can drive my 4K display at its peak refresh rate of 165hz! All other docks topped out at measly 60hz.

Staff at B&H is always helpful and selection of products as well as constant deals make this reseller out of this world!
Highly recommended!

[0.6 lb] Awesome device. Works really well. Power adapter is not necessary to be able to use it, but I would recommend it if you have multiple devices connected a d want to power your laptop with it.

[0.6 lb] Works great as a TB4 docking station. But coming from a HD-G2TB3 their thunderbolt-3 dock, there are a few thing that could have been done better:
- there are only 2 usb ports in the front: 1 usb-c and 1 usb-a, and if you are plugin a computer (laptop) it has to be on the front usb-c so you already loose that one.
- I like that they have added a power on/off switch, but it is too flushed to the surface, look nice but hard to push if you have big finger or no nail.

I also like the HDMI 2.1 port on the back which allow you to plug it into your big screen TV without having to use a USB-c to HDMI adapter. And it can do at least 4K 60Hz.

[0.6 lb] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charges devices and connects to my monitor at the same time. Sturdy enough to not move around the table. Keeps my workspace very neat.

[0.6 lb] The box arrived damaged, called customer service, they offered to replace, and agreed to my request to hold until it could be tested. The computer crashed while the dock was in shipment and they allowed me to get the computer back up and then test to see if damaged in shipment. They took care of this customer.

It seems like the instructions to setup could be more detailed.

Hyper Tech support helped to finish the installation.

The dock works great. It is attached to a Dell 7530 or swapped out with a Dell 7750. Easily drives two BenQ PD3200U 32-inch 4K UHD sRGB Designer Monitors with no problem.

The shortage of usb-a ports was overcome by plugging in a B&H Photo 16 port Sabrent hub. Currently using 11 of 16 ports and works great.

I have used the dock for over a month and half and highly recommend the dock and B&H Photo.

[1' / 30 cm] LOTS of ports available. I have an external monitor, a wireless mouse transmitter, a usb software dongle, an ethernet line, a wired keyboard, a laptop to the main connection (which also charges the laptop), and two external hard drives. After all that - I still have one usb port open on the front which I use for thumb drives. And the card reader is available on the front too. It's worked perfectly for a year and I see no reason to suspect that it will fail on me any time soon.

[0.6 lb] I literally can attach Cameras (HDMI), hard drives (USB) and all my accessories for my Home Studio to this Hyper Drive to a single USB-C plug to one port on my MacBook Pro. Love it. It will save you a ton of space on your desk and control your many chords.
