Monitor an indoor or outdoor area with the Hikvision TurboHD 8MP Outdoor Camera Night Vision 2.8mm Lensfrom Hikvision. This unit uses an 8.29MP progressive scan CMOS sensor to transmit 3840 x 2160 resolution video at up to 15 fps. IR LEDs provide up to 197' of night vision. The camera's 2.8mm fixed lens delivers a 102° horizontal field of view. HD-TVI, HD-CVI, AHD, and CVBS signal outputs are supported. The UTC (Up-the-Coax) connection allows for OSD control of the camera's settings.

This turret camera is housed in an IP67-rated enclosure that is suitable for outdoor use.

[Metal, Plastic] I hooked this up in a shop ~ 650’+ from my house. I supplied 12v at shop & ran video signal +/- 650’ over 1 pair on a cat5e cable to the receiver in my house. The signal was played over a Sony 65” 4K tv. Stunning quality, color, & definition. I’m building a system for fits my needs for 1/4 of price quoted for an IP NVR system to cover the 650’ distance. [Yes] This camera is solid so far. It's only been up for a few weeks. Image is crisp and clean. The camera is connected to a Hikvision TurboHD DVR using RG-59 coax. I haven't done any scientific comparisons regarding resolution quality, but it's certainly excellent. To get this level of resolution over RG-59 coax is amazing. IR clarity is very good with no white wash effect. Installation was basically easy once I figured out how to fine tune the position of the turret (gently loosen the captive screw clip in order to fine tune the turret's position, then re-tighten the screw clip). The turret design worked for me in this situation. I desired something more aesthetically pleasing than a bullet camera, but easier to install than a traditional dome. The turret design is perfect if that's your goal. Recommended! 5

[Yes] I installed 12 of this together with a turbo DVR in replacement of standard definition cameras using COAX. The installation is super easy. I recommend purchasing the matching back box if you will install it on a hard surface wall that is not hollow (I did). I was impressed with the high quality image. The zoom with auto focus is fantastic! 5
