TH-U's amp simulator includes both amp modeling and capturing technologies.The Rig Models are created from real setups using Overloud's proprietary technology, which captures the response of an entire rig, including the nonlinear and dynamic response of the amplifier, the cabinet, the microphones, the mic preamplifier, and the room sound.

Q: 1. does it have 3.5mm mini microphone type plug to connect it?

A: Yes. The mics plug in on the bottom of the main unit, with 3.5 mini jacks.

Q: 2. Is it compatible with TS 563?

A: The QXP-T32P Thunderbolt 3 expansion card can only be installed in a PCIe Gen 3 x4 slot in the QNAP TVS-h1288X or TVS-h1688 NAS devices.

Q: 3. What is the difference between the Expansion Support Kit model and the Expansion Kit models? Thank you.

A: Hi,I think what that the expansion support kit includes a couple extra pieces of hardware that gives extra support with mounting the head. It's a bracket mount.

Q: 4. Is a Profoto B10X Plus, (500Ws), powerful enough to use with the Octaplus 5' Light bank? Same question, but how about using it with the 7' Octaplus?

A: You can use a B10x with a 5 or 7' octa. If it is adequate power will depend on the F/stop ISO and other lighting in the scene.

Q: 5. Hypothetically, "official compatibility" or not - would this work on any QNAP with PCIe? If so, is there speed limitations? Asking for a friend.

A: The card is meant to be installed within a QNAP unit. As per the manufacturer: The QXP-T32P can only be installed in a PCIe Gen 3 x4 slot in the TVS-h1288X or TVS-h1688. The speed will be up to 40 Gbps.

Q: 6. Would this work with the Sony FS5? It's small and lightweight but the description only specifies DSLR cameras.

A: This combination is unknown. That being said, if it is made to be solid, it might be a very good, very compact chest support for the FS5.

Q: 7. is it work with PCIe 4 And 5 ?

A: You can use the QNAP Dual-Port Thunderbolt 3 Expansion Card BH #QNQXPT32P with a PCIe 3.0 4x or higher slot.

Q: 8. I shoot mostly run and gun documentary work.. I'll use a tripod or slider for certain shots, but often have to pick the camera up in a hurry to catch something. How feasible would it be to have a quick release plate (small arca swiss plate) attached to the bottom of the Pocket Rig 2? Would it affect the designed ease of use or overall functionality? Would it still be solid to mount to a quick release receiver on tripod?

A: The Pocket Rig 2 has a 1/4 -20 tripod mounting thread underneath. You will be able to attach a quick release plate to the unit and I don't think it will hamper the operation, especially if it is a low profile QR Plate.

Q: 9. Can this be installed on the TVS-872XT? I see it listed under accessories for that unit. Was hoping to have 4 working Thunderbolt 3 ports (2 included + this 2).

A: The QNAP Dual-Port Thunderbolt 3 Expansion Card is not compatible with the TVS-872XT. This can only be installed in a PCIe Gen 3 x4 slot in the TVS-h1288X or TVS-h1688.

Q: 10. Is this compatible with the Studio x70?

A: No, the Poly Trio 8500 Expansion Microphones (Pair) is made only specifically for the Poly RealPresence Trio 8800, and will not work with the Poly Studio X70.

[Download] GH5+600mm lens ... handholding? Ouch. FS700 with no rig .. handholding? OUCH! Rather than kit up some huge vest support system (which are great, but large and cumbersome making it hard to run and gun especially if you don't appreciate being noticed ...) I opted for thisPocket Rig 2 thing. It's not perfect .. I would say I wish I had otehr options for it, like a little longer, and/or more options for flex joints/angles, but it is definitely a big help. It is heavy .. .but very well engineered. The rod system is a great idea, and well implemented. A small follow focus and lens support for bigger lenses is in my future. I never did want to have a full rod/matte box rig ... sure they look cool and are quite useful but too much tweaking, as well as large. This will suit my needs for such. The pivot points are something you can easily tighten, and this helps immensely, however you want to really work with it to tighten the minimum for your needs .. this makes it easier to deploy, as well as reduces wear on the joints. I wish there was a dedicated slot for the 3mm hex key so it would always be with the unit. I wish the entire unit was smaller and lighter, but lost none of its functionality or strength. Hah. So I say good job Edelkrone .. another useful (niche) tool! 5

[Download] I had the 8 bay TB2 and it worked super. Needed to upgrade and went for the 12 bay. It too works super. Hardware Raid is amazing. Nothing seems to slow it down. It maintains top level transfer speeds no matter what I am doing. It NEVER dips...consistent to drawer performance. 5

[Download] I had old 8-bay ARC-8050 (a Thunderbolt [v1]) unit from Areca. While it kept the data that I needed, during the Mac OSX BigSur shutdown it usually timed out when I wrote something to it. I wanted to change to a higher capacity and a new Thunderbolt 3 device. I got it shipped quickly directly from a third party. I checked the order of drives in the old 8-bay ARC-8050 (top one is drive #1, bottom one is drive #8); checked the order of drives in the new 12-bay Areca unit (top left is #1, top right is #6, bottom right is #12); placed drive #1 from the old unit into drive #1 in the new one, .. etc. Connected the new unit to my Mac, booted Mac and... my drive appeared... Very and painless transfer... The new unit is very fast: write is about 1600 MB/s, read about 700 MB/s (that's 8 10TB drives configured as RAID 6 [60TB disk] with about only 4TB free on disk). I'll add more drives when I have the money :-) 5

[Download] Bought two of these for our Blackmagic Design Ursa Mini 12K cameras. They worked great. VERY sturdy and well made. Very fast transfer speeds. They get a little warm when under heavy load but all drives do so this can't be counted against them. If you need crazy speed (3400MB/s) this is the drive for you. 5

[Download] i have bought many guitars both acoustic and electric, but this one the jemjr. is definitly my favorite by far!!! it is a beautiful guitar and plays like a dream!! the pickups are amazing, their sound quality is excellent and arangement is perfect!! it has a select blade switch with five positions to choose from!! And a floyd rose bridge (Ibanez) of course! WOW!! What a fine guitar!! I am jamming night and day!! Thanks Steve!!! 5
