Designed for broadcast, security, and teleconferencing needs, the PTZ1271-30X-POE also supports VISCA, PELCO-D, and PELCO-P control protocols.

The integrated f/1.6 to 4.7 lens offers 30x optical and 10x digital zoom functions. This camera supports video output via HDMI and 3G-SDI and has a LAN port for streaming via RTMP, RTSP, or ONVIF. Power this PTZ camera using the the included 12 VDC adapter or via PoE. Quick pan and tilt speeds and picture controls like brightness, color, saturation, contrast, sharpness, and 2D/3D Noise Reduction provide precision control of your images.

When you purchase this camera it is not capable of using NDI out of the box, however, you can purchase a firmware/software upgrade that will add the ability to use the NDI protocol.

[4.885 lb] This camera is great in our small Sanctuary and has been very good tool for our live stream. Easy set up and works well with obs. The picture at 75 feet is crystal clear. I would recommend it for small 100 ft or less distance. 5

[Autofocus] We've been using these cameras for classrooms. SDI to USB capture device for Zoom sessions. Control via RS-232 & Extron control processors. Image quality it great, control is great, price is great! 5

[NTSC] USE: We run a couple of these cameras in our small (100 ppl) church. The cameras are running via USB (~50ft cable runs) with a USB splitter, and our congregation has been very pleased with the quality of the image for live-streaming. We pre-program scenes for each camera in OBS studio and use our presentation software to trigger MIDI signals which translate to key presses in OBS studio to control which scene/camera is shown, making it extremely operator-friendly. We installed the first of these cameras in 2020 for live-streaming services during the COVID shutdowns and it has worked great for more than a year. Because the automatic settings on the camera are perfect for the sanctuary environment and the pre-programming of our system is already set up, it takes less than 30 minutes to add in an additional camera to expand the system. As the title of this review says, the cameras work so well that we bought another. And we may continue to add more in the future as our church keeps growing. 5

[10x] We have dozens of these cameras across campus for web conferencing in classrooms. I like the fact they will power themselves off PoE. They work well and provide good contrast in variable lighting conditions. SDI video looks great. The hand-held remote has presets for common positions. They auto-orient themselves for ceiling or tripod mount. The web interface is a little messy, but most features can be found quickly. It does require Adobe Flash to see the web interface camera shot live (that requirement seems archaic). For the price, its a good value compared to much more expensive PTZ cameras with a lot more bells-n-whistles. 5

[Autofocus] This camera is used in a decent sized church sanctuary. It honestly is super crisp both zoomed in and out. We are getting ready to purchase a second one because we're so happy with this one. Responds great with the joystick controller. Highly recommend if you're on a budget. 5

[30x] I now have 7 of these cameras bought in 3 separate purchases. We use both HDMI and SDI and POE. All work great. I had issues converting video formats at one point and AviPas tech support responded within hours with workable advice. On top of all that - the lenses and optical zoom work great for the TV production that we use them for. 5

[PoE 802.3af] We bought this camera to use for our church live stream & are glad we did. It has allowed us to preset a variety of camera shots that we use frequently with just a click of the remote control. We also purchased the 65.5 ft USB cable to use with the camera and it too works flawlessly. We would recommend this camera set up for anyone that is looking for a high quality camera at a somewhat reasonable price. 5
