Q: 1. Two questions here. I work in a studio setting with 500 W daylight bulbs. Will this stand the high heat generated by the bulbs? Also, with the light be distributed enough to light an entire person, standing, or objects the size of a car if I use two units?

A: Hi Rebecca. I use profoto D1 and B1 strobes versus continuous light. So, I'm not sure the heat rating of this umbrella. If you're shooting with fluorescent or LED lights, I would guess you'll be ok. If you're using anything that generates a lot of heat, I'd check with the manufacturer for what it can handle regarding heat. As far as coverage, I use this all the time for large groups as my fill light and it works great. You get a lot of diffusion for the price.

Q: 2. Will this work with amazon music?

A: You can use Amazon Music via Apple Airplay if you are using an iOS device. If you are using an Android device, that would not be possible. Q: 3. Is this gonna fit my elinchrom strobes?

A: Yes the umbrella will fit your strobes. I use the umbrella on my studio strobes and my mono lights on location. The size of the shaft should fit many different brands of strobes. Make sure you have a good stand to support the weight.

Q: 4. Whats the most durable tiltable mounting bracket to use this on?

A: This is a great umbrella...it's heavy for the lighter weight brackets. I use it with Profoto D1 Strobes, which hold it well. I'd suggest a heavy duty bracket for it. You'll be disappointed if you cut corners on a light duty one

Q: 5. Can this light be mounted without the flexible stand mount? From the video it looks wobbly with the camera mounted.

A: The Flexible Stand Mount is a seperate included adapter, & other adapters can be used.

Q: 6. Do batteries come with this light?

A: Naturally, the basics remain the same. The photography and features available in the newer cameras have been worked in. I find this a great book to read, and re-read, even though I have been doing this for fifty years. I am constantly recommending this book and have several editions in my personal library.

Q: 9. What are the differences between the black and gray and the Bentley edition? Are they purely cosmetic or are there sound differences?

A: This version comes with copper color accents directly referencing key trim and brightwork aspects of Bentley Motors designs.
