A: You can screw the SmallRig Arca-Swiss/Manfrotto-Type Mounting Plate Set onto the quick-release plates that you already have (in the same place where you screw a camera). However, if you want to replace the quick-release plate and use the SmallRig directly on your 502 fluid head and/or XPro Geared head, then it won't work. It is not compatible.
