[Hook & Loop] I own four of these. They work great. I have two that live in my trailer and I use on location and two I use in the studio. Nice soft light without breaking the bank. The color is good and they are light enough not to bust your stands.

[Yes] I have used this product once so far. Seems to be very soft with the double diffusion panels.

[50°] Plain and simple softbox with amazing results. There is not much to this, sturdy build, opens and collapses just like an umbrella, option for single or double diffusion, even and soft results, and the price is very attractive.

Downside is the build. Although sturdy, my Westcott Octo is noticeably stronger. That said, the Westcott costs 3 times as much. Moreover, I havent had any issues with the build quality or any subsequent damage, it is still strong and in one peace.

In my opinion, you cant go wrong with this purchase, it is a solid softbox. As I do require something with more coverage, I am purchasing a 60 Octo version of this. Im loving this softbox, especially the bang for the buck!

These soft boxes come with their own carry case and are easy to setup and store in my opinion.

Build quality seems very good just keep in mind that these are masssive soft boxes so carring and moving can be a hassle

[Nylon] This review is of the FotodioX EZ-Pro Deep Parabolic
Softbox (48, Bowens Speed Ring).

It provides a very pleasing soft light at 4 to 6 feet from the subject. Removing the outer diffusion easily allows for an increase in contrast.

The build quality is good. Careful hand placement to avoid contacting the release button while pushing down with significant force is required to open and lock it in place. Small individuals may struggle at first to open it, but if you practice opening it a few times, paying attention to your hand placement, I believe most will prefer this to forcing 16 individual rods into a speedring.

[50°] This Softbox by Fotodiox is a wonderful product. �Unlike the Octagon version of this modifier, the softbox version does not require extreme force to open making this very pleasant to work with. � Definitely going to purchase a second. �My only negative with this box is that it is a bit smaller than the advertised size.

[Nylon] First let me say how much I love this light modifier. I was worried how much light I would get using a speedlight in such a large softbox but it worked so well. I was originally going to get the 36" one for that reason plus for better portability but it was out of stock. I knew this would give me a more even light even if the size would have been too big for a speedlight. I'm please to say that it is not too big and I love my results!�

The two things I would change are: 1) I wish the inner pole were a little longer so the beauty dish could stay attached when collapsing the unit. As it is the beauty dish will fall off and you need to reach in while setting it back up if you want to use it again. 2) The button to press to release the unit for take down is under so much pressure from the piece it is holding back that it is difficult to press. If you pull back on the piece while pressing the button it is easier. Another fix for how tight that is is a simple rotation of the rod. It screws in and you can relieve some tension with a twist of it while it is collapsed.�

I'm looking forward to using this on more shoots.

[Yes] This is the softbox you need in your life, easy to set, durable materials, and a price you cant beat. I bought the 36inch for my alienbees, it truly makes your job so much easier; very easy to set up and and takes no time or effort.

[0.6 lb] I was looking for a softbox that would interface with my Alien Bees. This softbox was easy to setup and is working as advertised!
