The YN85mm S DF DSM Lens from Yongnuo is a medium telephoto prime for full-frame Sony E-mount mirrorless cameras. The fast f/1.8 aperture suits working in low-light conditions and enables increased control over depth of field for isolating subject matter.

This lens is an upgrade from an earlier YN85mm S DF DSM lens. This newer one features aluminum construction, improved lens coating, and a rubber ring around the metal bayonet that prevents water and dust from entering the lens through the rear. The only other difference is a slight redesign in the appearance of the lens. It's all black, without a red stripe around the top.

An AF/MF selector switch allows you to quickly toggle between autofocus and manual focus modes. Next to this selector switch is a customizable function button that can be assigned a shortcut operation or used to pull up a function menu.

The fast f/1.8 aperture allows increased control over depth of field, enabling you to isolate a subject from the background. It allows you to shoot with higher shutter speeds in low-light environments and to achieve a soft blur effect.

Additionally, a 7-blade diaphragm lets you capture smooth bokeh and circular highlights. With the aperture appropriately reduced, the 7-blade diaphragm also allows you to capture photos with star effects.

[28.83°] Using it to carry lightstands and some modifiers. Been using it for last few years now and it might not come with any paddings, it's a relialbe bag that you can trust the quality. No rips or zipper breaks yet.. strap connectors are still intact. My decision to purchase this bag was the size and price. I don't want to spend alot of money for carrying lighting stands... 5

[7, Rounded] I have a larger, bulkier lighting kit bag, but it was made for big reflective bowls, monolights and older, bulkier setups. Now that I shoot mostly smaller, industrial setups in tight locations I've switched to small, shape-specific LED units, and I I need are a handful of stands and a tripod. So a yard-log shoulder bag with a roomy main compartment and two smaller ones (sure, I gotcher angle mount right here) is absolutely perfect. Quick in, quick setup, quick teardown and I'm outtathere in one trip. Seems built really well, so I should be using this for a long time. 5

Most of my assignments are outdoors and I always carry with tripods, lightstands and soft boxes, always full capacity. It also has been through a lot of flights and airports, it has never failed and the zipper still flawless. Now I'm looking for an other one. Nothing wrong with my old bag, I just have more equipment to carry. 5

[Sony E] I have finally found the perfect bag to carry my light stands. Let's face it my 4 light stands spend a lot of time in the back of my car. Then I carry them into a shoot and back out. Why would I spend more for a bag to go to and from my Outback? I tried another modestly priced bag from B&H and it fell apart in a month. This bag is not gonna fall apart for a long time. It is durable,well built and has tons of space. If you need a solid basic light stand bag buy this one. 5
