Preheating in as little as three minutes, the ColorKey Dazzler FX Cold Spark Machine, in black, produces a dazzling geyser of shimmering sparks up to 15'. A nonflammable cold-spark fountain system, the Dazzler FX is safe for indoor use for virtually all your live events.

Control the Dazzler with the included wireless controller or over DMX 512, and create intense displays of light. The wireless remote allows you to control the timing, height, volume, and frequency of sparks. It also offers push-button access to numerous multi-Dazzler FX programs. By connecting additional Dazzler units, you can take advantage of the built-in multi-unit effect programs of the Dazzler system and trigger them right from the remote control. Connect up to 30 Dazzler FX units in a series and watch them produce spark runs and chases, horse racing FXs, and timed outputs, all with the push of a button.

The Dazzler uses the ColorKey Dazzler FX Spark Powder, sold separately. It safely heats the powder and then blows it upwards as a harmless and controlled spark fountain. The Dazzler is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. No flames are used to ignite the spark material, as Dazzler simply uses physics instead of combustion to create this eye-catching sparkle effect.

[Black] At 3W it’s brighter than I thought it would be. The controls are a little weird. You have the onboard buttons that do one thing and then the remote does another. I would buy more if I needed to. 5

[3 Minutes] The Tiffen Black Diffusion/FX 3 filter produces the effect I was looking for. It's well made with a nice finish and threads easily on my Nikon glass. 5

[600 W] Most photographers use at least one diffusion filter for portraits, whether a professional whose clients need to look great, or the rest of us who want to flatter Granny at her 90th birthday celebration party. I have kids with iffy complexions in their adolescence and didn’t want to rely too heavily on Photoshop for the fix. For use on my Quattro DP2, this filter does a fine job of holding small details like eyelashes, yet blends blemishes well. (One caveat: a large blackhead or dark pimple may be accentuated, depending on circumstances, so a white diffusion filter or dab of concealer could be needed.) Since the eyes and lashes/eyebrows hold their detail portraits can be very flattering with this Tiffen product. It looks odd by itself as it appears to be glass with a pattern of little black marks all over it, where I more or less expected some type of black screen or grid. Not being an optical engineer and as well as the filter works, I chalk it up to FM. Also, I prefer to use Tiffen products in general as they have always be good quality, competitively priced, and made in the good ol’ U. S. of A.; what’s not to like? 5

[600 W] These are tiny, and put out a bunch of light for their size. Movement is fast enough for my needs, the fans are surprisingly quiet, and they're inexpensive but not cheap-feeling. There's things I wish they'd do (e.g. a bit of zoom, tilt past 180), but those would add size and price. The only realistic improvement I can think of would be an option to turn off the little DMX signal indicator light. These lights are nicely focused on being what they are and do it extremely well. 5

[14.14 lb] I own two of these for two camera shoots. They produce a nice subtle softening for skin and reduction in overall contrast. Not too much, just enough to take the edge of digital cinema cameras. 5

[600 W] Don't let the size or Price Fool You! I used 3 of these to light the front Line Singer-Guitar-Bass on a live outside show. If you live in "less is more" they do the job. With fog they also threw a wide Beam over front line x3. Not as Bright as Pars But effective. I put them overhead. About 15ft up. I can see these would do awesome inside on DanceFloors. I Say they have multi use. BH sent them in 2 Days. Thanks BH for the great service. Also Thanks for Having cost effective things that get the Job Done!! 5

[3 Minutes] I bought this filter for HDSLR video use. The 1/2 grade provides a very subtle diffusion effect with minimal contrast loss. Ultimately, it takes the edge off of HDSLR video and provides a very close alternative to that elusive film look. 5

[600 W] I have nothing really to compare it to, especially because the Jmaz units only use the JMaz powder, but it works. It does what its suppose to do and people love it. 5
