A: The Magewell Ultra Encode HDMI Plus Universal 4K Encoder can record and stream simultaneously. It can also stream in both RTMP and NDI as long as NDI|HX2 is used. Please note that only a max of 2 simultaneous sessions of NDI|HX2 are possible. NDI|HX3 cannot be streamed at the same time as other streaming protocols.

A: Yes, The LRT (which includes bonding) can be disabled. To do so click the toggle switch Labeled LRT . This can be located by click the orange destination cloud under the Modes tab.This will allow the unit to operate in Direct RTMP mode which will only utilize one connection and send the RTMP stream directly to your destination.

A: There are no 4G or 5G sim cards included with the Kiloview P3 5G Bonding Video Encoder. You will have to purchase the sim cards separately from the cellular service provider in your area.

A: We're afraid not. According to LiveU this unit will not provide internet to an outside device however it will take an Ethernet connection for streaming.

A: Yes you can. According to Bird Dog the output can be used as a pass-thru.

A: The Videon EdgeCaster 4K Ultralow-Latency Encoder has no storage whatsoever. It is an encoder, not a drive.

OK, with that said, does that mean there are additional latency delays? So a 5 second delay and then the destination delay? IF that is what I read what is the total delay for the latency? A: There may be additional delays depending on the strength of the network signal on the other end. However you would need to test this out to see what those additional delays may be.

Q: 9. What does the Micro SD Card do? Can you record to it from this device?

A: The SD card slot is disabled on the LiveU Solo. Recording is not a feature for this device.
