[12.62 lb] This is a sturdy, well built device that does the job. The initial set-up took less than 5 minutes. The one feature that I really like is the way the horizontal arm can be extended with the camera. This is really vital. 5

[12.62 lb] I'm using the Kaiser RS 2 with a Canon 5D III, RRS quick release plate, and Canon's 100mm IS macro lens to digitalize my 10,000 prints. I use two desk lamps, low heat bulbs, and plain white paper (as diffusers ) for lighting. This is working really well. The stand is solid with the arm fully extended, the carrier has no play, no creep. I'm able to get up to a 5 x 7 print in the frame with the 29 post, that's full frame- no crop factor. I've done over 6,000 prints so far, the work flow is amazingly quick, product is better than the original prints. No cons, easy five stars. 5

[Manual] Very convenient unit . Small footprint allows me to set up copy stand next to window to use sun light instead of Kelvin floodlights thus needing correction filters . 5

[Manual] The Kaiser Copy Stand RS 2 is sturdy and the arm is steady and locks in well. I have used it for photographic and stitching an oversized photo and it worked. Only difficulty is the light box I'm using to image slides and negatives is too large for the base. I will be using a large heavy cutting board on top of the base as a simple fix. 5

[12.62 lb] This is easy to set up. The arm slides smoothly along the column by using the hand crank. The arm is able to be extended outward in case your camera lens can capture the foot of the column. It is steady and sturdy for me to do camera scanning of my film negatives. Definitely worth the price! 5

[Manual] I am using a Sony RX-10 with this copy stand and really like it. The crank to move it up and down is stiff enough to stay put but loose enough to easily move the camera. The only thing I had a little trouble with (and have since gotten better at it) was attaching the camera. The screw is fairly short and you have to line it up just right to attach. 5

[Manual] This is a simple and easy to use copy stand. It allows adjusting the camera height, as well as the distance from the column. The handle that adjusts the height lets you set the distance to the original quickly and accurately. I use the stand with a Sony 14 MP DSLR A290 camera. I recommend a fixed focal length lens for sharp copies, as zoom lenses do not have the same sharpness. The stand is made in Germany, and appears to be of excellent quality of manufacturing. 5

[Manual] DO NOT BUY THE KID REPRO, it is cheap and unstable, for kids like the title may suggest. this is the lowest model I would consider. 5

[Manual] If you have a compact digital camera preferably with a zoom or even a light interchangeable lens one to which you can attach an extension tube between the body and lens (or use a screw in diopter CU lens). You'll have to experiment a little, and watch the (conservative) attachment weight limit. The 2 position arm allows it to adjust for different distances. It even accommodates cell phone with included accessory. 5

[12.62 lb] I am glad that I bought this stand instead of other cheaper ones. It is of a high build quality and is strong enough to support an older DSLR camera with heavy lens and no issues. The adjustments are fine and smooth. I would highly recommend this piece. 5
