Q: 5. Hi, is it good for an Arriflex sr? Thanks!

A: The answer depends on the Arriflex SR you have. If you have an SR I or SR II. no this will not work. But then, you wouldn't need it anyway since those cameras take Arri B lenses anyway. However, if you have an SR III, it has a PL mount and you want to use any Arri B mount lenses, yes this is good, in fact, essential for the Arriflex SR III. Get the Jon Fauer SR book to be an SR ninja.

Q: 8. Can someone confirm that this is the Quadra Reflector with grid package? Description says it is, but the image is clearly the Ranger Reflector...

A: This unit must have the adaptor,it will not fit directly on the Quadra . I thought it would work on my Quadra A head without adaptors, but no such luck.

[Black] So many of these adapters are cheap or don't allow the lens to focus properly when in place. This adapter works flawlessly and you don't have to worry about collimation; if your Arri B mount lens is properly collimated, it will remain so when this adapter is applied. Construction is solid and it can be put on a lens in a matter of seconds. Highly recommended. 5

[7" / 17.8 cm] I purchased this for mounting my Angenieux 12-120 2.1 HEC to a RED Monstro. The adapter is really high quality, just what I would expect for the price. The locking mechanism is very sturdy as well. The lens focuses great on the body and overall is a great item. I would definitely recommend this item to others. 5

[7" / 17.8 cm] This adapter fits very snugly on a Zeiss 10-100 and Angenieux 12-120 and feels solid. Almost too snug, as it's a bit tricky to twist off, but I prefer that to having it loose in the mount. The twist lock is a nice feature, much preferable to the cheaper solutions that tighten with a small allen screw. 5
