[Black] I am a longstanding Bluetooth user with in-ear headphones. I first used the various Shure devices with Bluetooth adapters, then the Shure Bluetooth adapter and finally the TW1. this is just information as a foundation to my review of the PI7. Bowers and Wilkins has been on my radar for some time as I also own the PX. Finally, I pulled the trigger on the PI7. There were on sale for $298
The sound is far superior to the Shure TW1 (with SE425). this is my comparison as the Shure devices combined were $189 +$299. The Shure TW2 with SE215 is now about $239 but the sound quality is not as good as the PI7. Yes, I have the SE215 as well.
The PI7 has better noise isolation. active canceling. There is no leakage. The room just disappears. The sound is three dimensional in my head. Listening to Ray of Light (Madonna) gives a good range of music as that song has so much production, one can hear it all.
I was debating whether or not to hold out for the next version as the battery power might be better but bought it anyway.
Not sure if I would have bought them for $399, but for $298, yes.
Also note the case acts as a Bluetooth transmitter. The volume needs to be pushed up a bit, but it still transmits. Good for flights. I already used one of these, but the combination means one less thing to carry.

[30 to 200 Hz] The B&W Formation soundbar improves the fidelity and intelligibility of the speech and music coming from the TV. It's size isn't large at all as it sits in front of the 77inch OLED screen. Be sure and add the Formation Bass (subwoofer).

[Sealed] I am using Wharfedale 4.2 speakers and Marantz pm-6006 integrated amp. This little sub is a very nice fit for my system. I am 58 years old and want full sound without a lot of volume. This sub has lots of connections options and filters to customize the sound to my liking. It is the final link to a really good sounding system. I am in a 12' x 18' room with hardwood floors for reference. We are using this for TV, Movies and Music with a Marantz NA-6006 and AT-LP5 turntable.

[Passive] I have a pair of B&W 606 S2 speakers that I absolutely loved for hi fi stereo listening. Been happy for years but recently decided to try the 706 S3 because I always wondered why the 706 cost more than $1000 more than the 606. After 30 seconds, I know why. The midrange and highs from the 706 is silky smooth and depending on the material, the sound stage is deep. Sometimes I think the instruments and the singer(s) is in the same room! It's that good. I am driving these speakers with a McIntosh MC275 and boy does it sound good. Also the fit and finish of the cabinet is much higher than on the 606 series which might matter to some people. For me it's the exceptional and accurate reproduction of musical instruments and vocals that matter most to me.
