[1 TB] As a certified A technician I can tell you that as a PC builder I know and recognize Sabrent as a top memory and nvme m.2 hard drive manufacturer that has now expanded into the camera CFEXPRESS world. This card boast 1700mbs read and 1500mbs write speeds. The PC tech site Tweaktown certified this as a a certified buy, as does the online Camera Jabber tech site.

I installed this into my Fuji XH2 and it performs admirably so far. It's such a good deal at B&H for the 512gb at159.00 that I bought it twice. B&H sends these expediently so buy iand get it the next day.

[PCI-Express 3.0] It’s almost as fast as my other chips for sustained writes, is as fast for reads, half the price, twice the size. Is great.

[0.055 lb] Great Fast card at a great price. I'm using it for Fuji X-H2. So far pictures shooting have been great and transfer to PC is very fast. As for video, this card is only good for up to 8k but not with ProRes encoding.. even with 6k, ProRes maybe not stable. If you're using compression- then it would have no problem with any bitrates (up to 700+mbps). Even though the minimum sustained writing speed is 400MB/S (3200mbps) I find it not reliable enough to go any higher than 1000mbps.

For me, this card will do what it needs to do and am more happy for what it offers at this price.

Based on reviews found online, it seems 1TB has better sustained write speed- but even then I would still avoid recording it at ProRes.

[PCI-Express 3.0] This is the future of memory for sure! It has displayed truly exceptional speeds and can handle all the data I can throw at it.

[1] This card is woking fine on my Canon R5C, recording at 8k60fps LT at 2570mbs for 30 minutes with no issue.

Transfer speed using the
Sabrent CFexpress Type-B Thunderbolt 3 Card Reader
with 100GB file was 1:01min(Read) to MacBook Pro M2 and 1:12min(Write) to transfer the other way around. Make sure to use the USB C cable supplied with the card reader or equivalent high quality cable, since when using an ordinary USB C cable the transfer speed was poor.

[1 TB] I will preface this review in saying that I have used Sabrent drives in computers for a number of years now, and fortunately I have had no issues with any of them.

When I first saw these Sabrent CFexpress cards, I initially passed them up, because the non-pro ones don't have the sustained write speeds of the higher end cards. However when these pro versions were released I became very curious. I couldn't find many real world reviews, and honestly the wording of up to, potentially 1300 MB/s was a bit concerning. Of the reviews I did find I wasn't sure if they tested the sustained write metric or not, and to me that is the most important metric to test in a large capacity card like this. I ended up taking the chance and getting this card, and I'm glad that I did.

This easily keeps within the sustained minimum write speeds, and has not given me any issues with 8k30 or 4k120 fps on the Nikon Z8. Didn't try 8k60, but from what I've seen just by writing a terabyte of files to the card all at once in Windows as a test, that shouldn't be an issue. It was between 1500 and 1300 the entire time.

Other than that, what else is there to say? It is a fast CFexpress card that's much cheaper than some other options, that's from a reliable SSD company. It's overkill for capturing stills on my Z8. I'm very glad Sabrent entered the pro camera market space, and I hope the competition brings some of the crazy prices down among the high-end cards. I highly recommend this card.

[1 TB] On my r5, you can easily shoot 8k raw with no issues. Ive loaded up these cards, and formatted them plenty of times. never encountered any issues like failure / corruption. They work, they're reliable, they're affordable, and they're tough (ive dropped them plenty of times).
