A: This is only a plug adapter. It does not change your voltage. Your laptop is designed for 220V, but electricity is not precises. Both the laptop, and your electricity can easily fluctuate between 210 and 240V. It is fine. Also, Australian voltage is 230 V 50 Hz.

Q: 10. Will this fit an Epson projector? I bought a similar replacement cord from Office Depot yesterday, but the female end of it cord has corners that are about 1mm, so it doesn't fit. Any ideas?

A: The female end looks like an IEC 320 C13 and that should have large chamfered corners to fit the socket on the unit. A C13 mates with a C14 which is normally the recessed blades on the unit. If your cord has small chamfers it won't fit. I would make sure the male part on the unit is in fact a C14, measure it if need be and get a C13 female ended cord. Most of that stuff is standardized but you can never be too sure. Some gear has proprietary fittings to force you to buy only their stuff so I would check that out as well. Good luck.

[6.0' (1.8 m)] Not much to say about this cord. It works. It's a good replacement cord. In my case I did not get a cord with the battery charger that came with our Nikon D750. Seems that Nikon is not giving a cord with the charger. The little adapter will not fit in some outlets with other things plugged into them. So, this cord is a must. We bougt 4 of them. 5
