Display multiple video sources at up to 4K60 resolution with a video bandwidth of 18 Gb/s on a single display with this 4x1 4K60 Multiviewer with Seamless Switcher and Audio De-Embedder from BZBGear. The compact unit allows users to seamlessly switch between sources and combine up to four UHD 4K signals while managing each input separately with adjustable positioning on the target display. The video sources may also be displayed in Picture-in-Picture (PIP) or Picture-by-Picture (PBP) modes, with flexible layouts for presenting content as needed for your specific application.

There are four HDMI inputs and one HDMI output with audio de-embedding capabilities available for any of the input sources to various formats, including LPCM, AC3, DD+, DTS, DTS- HD. Audio volume is controllable when using the LPCM format. The unit offers control via front-panel buttons, RS-232, or the included IR remote. Furthermore, the RS-232 interface also provides EDID management.

A: With switchers like this there will tend to be a delay when switching from input to input. However we are not aware of any lag once the video has been switched.

[1 RU] GUI is intuitive and it was very easy to set up and get working. Remote control over RS232 and/or telnet also worked flawlessly. My only caveat is that changing between matrix switching mode (full screen output from single switchable source) and multiviewer mode is slow and certainly not seamless, but this is probably not an issue in most use cases. 5

[1 RU] Bought this for a dual feed need that I had. Works well. Interfaced it with my Logitech all in one remote. I had to do some manipulation to get it to work where it would change from one connection to the other. I was not able to control the power on/off functions with the remote. I could get it to turn off but not back on. I just leave it on always and it does what I need it to. 5

[ 10 W] We are a Public Access station only able to broadcast in standard def. With live HD feeds coming in live other devices claimed but didn't produce the letterbox format we needed. Only issue is once you get the device and you want letterbox, you have to go to the Gefen site and download the fix for this requirement. Gefen should tell clients upfront. 5

[UHD 4K at 60] For me, the ability to take two different 4k sources and display them in a high quality PIP arrangement is the best feature. It's PIP is superior to the alternatives I am aware of 5

[1 RU] I've not had any issues with this product - it does its job well with no fuss. It's also very well made, including the connectors. I was unsure if it would totally strip the audio from the SDI feed (so that there was no audio on the looped output) but this is not the case. The output is 'untouched' and includes audio. 5

[UHD 4K at 60] Using to switch optical signals from 4x sources into 1x input on a Benchmark DAC-1. Works flawlessly. Nice button action on the select front panel control. No clicks of pops with sticking or power. Included remote works well, but it's a little flimsy/generic type (I just use the front panel button and will be programming into a universal remote). Highly recommended! And made in the USA. 5

[HDMI: 8-Channel] Bought a different company's used digital switcher that turned out to be really glitchy, so ended up getting the Inday new here at B&H. No issues, does what it should. Have noticed no degradation of sound whatsoever and it stays cool in my AV console... no heat. 5
