Q: 1. How do I know what size speed rings will fit the different size lights in this kit?

A: The Chimera Speed Ring for Video Pro Bank (Circular, 5"), B&H # CHSRC5VP, would be compatible for use with the CAME-TV 300W Fresnel Tungsten Continuous Light. Q: 2. what is the dimension for this?

A: The exterior frame measures 14 x14 x 3 . The light area measures 12 X12

Q: 3. I'm having trouble figuring the brightness with the provided information. Simply, would this light at extreme spot about 6' away provide enough light for 1/48 Sec, f4 at 800 ISO in an interview setting?

A: I haven't tested the light under those specific conditions but I have used it under similar situations and it performed well. However, you may find more specific and relevant information in a review/test performed by Mr. CheesyCam at:https://youtu.be/RR_d90Rgrq8Hope this helps.

A: There are no Aputure spotlights or fresnel lenses that are compatible with the CAME-TV Tioga Series 220W Daylight LED Spotlight.

Q: 7. Are these too powerful for testimonial/interview videos?

A: These will work fine as long as the location is small, if the location is like a big auditorium or something like that, these won't work.

A: You can use a power strip with a inline switch to turn it on and off.

A: This product has a one year, limited manufacturer's warranty.

Q: 10. Does this come with a power cable or do you have to buy one?

[9.935 lb] Amazing power output for the price. Decent flood to spot spread. Although I wish it were wider and narrower on both ends, still very functional and definitely spreads the light (see power difference in photo). LED power indicator on back says it can go from 1% to 100%, I'd think it more realistic to say 15% to 100%. Falloff at edges of beam is nice. Some rainbow fringing, but not much. That varies with the zoom amount. I'd call it acceptable. Build is decent. SUPER lightweight. Works with Sony NP batteries which is awesome. Barn doors seem solid though not of much use except to prevent lens flare: they do not shape the light at all. Case is useful but you have to take the yoke off every time to pack it. Easy, but you will lose the fiber washers. Doubt that will matter. Do note that the fan DOES make noise. It's quiet, yes. But in a dead silent interview room and a good mic, you will hear it. Not much louder than an average/quiet computer fan. CAME-TV does make a 30w unit with no fan and it is dead silent. Overall a very worthwhile addition to an LED light kit.

[CRI 96] I always use this on my set, from chroma work, interviews, short films. Love how it last a very long time with V-mount batteries. I use Rolux V-mount and works great with it.

[Passive] So far I am loving these lights! They are bright and the color is great. I do wish they came with more of their accessories instead of having to buy them separately, but the lights themselves are solid.

[48 VDC] I use these lights in my studio for video shooting and am very pleased with them. They preform exactly as advertised right out of the box. Powerful, lightweight, adjustable, and economical they grace the top of my adjustable light stands. They are positioned about 20 feet from the talent and have plenty of light throw. Any concerns about the cooing fan noise--forget it. I can barely detect any noise right next to the light let alone from 20 feet away. I searched for over a year for this type of light and can rest now having found these.

[Passive] Excited to add this set of professional lamps to my equipment.

[Passive] I gave this 5 stars based on the light itself. It would be tough using these as a key light. They are bright but with diffusion such as a soft box you lose about 1.5 stops. Without diffusion they are definitely bright enough but it's a hard light. The focusable Fresnel ability works well however there isn't that defined edge you might think. If you use the Tungsten gel you will lose a stop as well. I use these as hair, fill, background lights and they are fantastic for those purposes. The case is a nice touch and make the lights very mobile. I don't use the battery function as I use them in a studio setting. For video they are a great addition to any studio. The lights fit in the case with U-brackets attached. You can purchase a Bowens mount adapter for the lights but I'm not sure the build quality will support the weight for long periods of time. I have the 60 watt version with Bowens mount and it's a load when using a 36" Octobox. If you were to use these for a mobile light set I'm sure you would be happy. They are light and while I'm not sure the build quality is there for attaching modifiers, alone they seem rugged enough to last a long time. If you remove the Fresnel lens the beam pattern widens considerably. It would take two lights to evenly light a large backdrop but for accent lights with gels they are fine.

[CRI 96] Good power, good throw, good color, and great powering options. This light can be powered off Sony NP batteries, off of D-Tap, or AC Wall power. A very versatile set of lights that can fit in a small backpack. This LED Light has two different versions. A great option from the manufacturer. One has a built in fan and the other has no fan in case you are concerned about fan noise.

[Passive] I use these lights as background, back, or fill lights - mostly for corporate talking-head stuff, but I've also used them for product videos, and some structured b-roll. While these certainly aren't the highest quality in terms of robustness and durability (mostly plastic) they are super lightweight, well made, the CRI is great, and they are really user-friendly. I HIGHLY recommend these lights if you're looking for a solid, punchy LED light on a budget.
