[2x D-Tap] I own Red Komodo and Sony FX6 and use this battery slide on both of them. Initially, I got a similar product from Tilta for my Komodo, which was a mistake. The ability to slide and tilt the battery up and down (especially on the Komodo where access to the SDI port is so limited) is crucial. Yes, the price tag for this product (like most WC products) is a bit steep but they do pay off on a busy set greatly. 5

[1] There are a lot of options for Komodo battery extensions. I thought about the tilta advanced power module but kept coming back to this one for many reasons. Build quality is excellent, and I feel good knowing there's a built in fuse protector for all of my powered accessories. Overall a very good battery attachment for my Komodo. PS: buy the arm extension so you can have a canon bp battery attached simultaneously, that's where its at. 5

[0.575 lb] I've always used Canon batteries for my cinema cameras, but recently experimented with a larger handheld rig. I'm hooked. This plate for my Gold Mount batteries has been super reliable the past 2 months of usage. I use one D-tap to power my C70, another to power my SmallHD 702Touch monitor, and still have another spare in case I expand my kit and need to power something else. 5

[1] Works great with my Core XP-L90 battery to power a Sony A7S and Atomos Ninja Flame from the dual D-Tap ports. The port on top of the plate has a bit more space underneath the connector when compared to the D-Tap port on the side. This was actually extremely helpful for me since the dummy battery cable for my A7S doesn't fit in the port on the side since it's seemingly a bit thicker than normal. No other D-Tap accessories that I've tried have had this clearance problem. When attached to a Shape CP33 Cheese Plate the entire setup is rock solid. The battery release latch is also extremely satisfying. 5
