Designed specifically for use with PTZ cameras, this Professional 19" SDI High-Bright PTZ-Compatible Teleprompterfrom Professional 19" SDI High-Bright PTZ-Compatible Teleprompterenables your talent to read their lines clearly from up to 20' away. The durable aluminum teleprompter comes with an SDI/HDMI LED monitor, 70/30 beamsplitter glass, and all the mounting hardware you need. The large, drawstring hood fully encloses your PTZ camera while enabling unconstrained camera movement.

The bright 19" monitor features 1280 x 1024 resolution, a 160/170° viewing angle, 1000 cd/m² brightness, and a 4:3 aspect ratio. The monitor has 3G-SDI, HDMI, and VGA inputs, supporting a wide range of source options. The entire kit comes in a custom-cut foam insert that can be repurposed for transporting it in a separately available case. An AC adapter and a copy of PrompterPro teleprompter software for Mac and Windows are also included.

A: The recommended accessories aren't always a perfect fit and are not necessarily designed for but could be an option for items. The CAME-TV 609B Carbon Fiber Video Tripod with Fluid Bowl Head has a maximum payload of 33lbs. and is a perfect fit for the ikan PT4500 15" High-Bright Teleprompter with 15" Talent Monitor Kit with Travel Cases (SDI).

[Yes] It is hard to believe that you can get a 3G teleprompter at this price point. We mounted this to our Grass Valley LDX86s with Fujinon glass, and it works great. We had a lot of doubts, but are incredibly happy with this purchase. 5

[40.865 lb] Works great. I use it in a very small studio, so we don't use the entire 15 of screen real estate. Eye movement tends to be too much when using it close up, so we just resize the teleprompter app window to be a little smaller on screen. Can't say anything about the software that comes with this device since we use other software instead. The one thing this lacks is the ability for the monitor to flip/mirror itself -- you have to do that in the software or operating system instead. Also, we're amateurs, just filming a video podcast, but works great for us! 5

[Glass] I have tried a lot of those promoters in the past and this one is finally working exactly as I expected. I suggest to use the app Power Prompter 2 which is so easy to use. Same as for prompter, I have tried many many solutions and this software is just the best. 5

[40.865 lb] I used many different teleprompters before so I new what configuration I have to look at. But at the same time I wasn't sure that this one is comlpetely what I need. So when it came and I did firs shoot with it I realised how good it is. It made with a wery high quality matrials, good glass and this plastic hood with lens hood. The only thing I'd like to be more is monitor connections. There is only dvi-connector so you have to get adaptor for your mac. One more very important thing is software wich goes with teleprompter. I'm in love with ZApromp software. It is very convenient and have pretty all settings you usually need working with prompter. 5

[Yes] After I posted several reviews here Ikan connected me directly to assure me of a couple things. They are going to change the image associated with the 19 inch and they are working to certify the glass/beamsplitter. When a manufacturer calls me and listens I pay attention and feel better about the purchase... Ignore the previous posts. 5
