[Connector] Just the cover for the hand grip will need modification. Fits with xcda extention.

[Connector] Smaller would have been nicer. Portabrace big but perfect solution for the Sony PXW-FS7 without having to ungear all accessories (ie: smart grip with shoulder mount, third party Zacuto Gratical evf, external recorder and so on). A lot of external pockets.

[Connector] Using this with the Atomos Shinobi 7 and 3 different Gold mount batteries. Build quality is great and the batteries latch in nicely. Just plug in the cable before sliding the receiver plate onto the back of the monitor.

The 3 batteries I am using with this - Indi Pro Tools Micro-Series 98W,
Core SWX Hypercore NEO Slim 98Wh, and an official Anton Bauer Digital Series 90 Gold Mount Battery 87Wh.

[Gold Mount] I love Wooden Camera. I've never had a product from them that wasn't exactly as promised. This top plate is extremely well machined, and fits like a glove. A perfect addition to my FS7MK2. I love having multiple mounting points for wireless, monitor, lights, what have you. A little on the pricey side, but you usually get what you pay for

Easy access to battery and rear wireless.
Also includes the removable cover for the FS-7's extension arm.
I'm using the Zacuto base plate, so my SHAPE extension arm is mounted a little forward of the camera's native mount, but it still works. (though it is a little tight)
I'm also using the Zacuto Axis mini for my eye piece and this cover fits it nicely as well.

[Gold Mount] When I first got the bag, my reaction was omg, this bag is HUGE! There is no way I need this large of a bag!. But then you realize what a huge time savings it is to be able to just put your whole FS7 rig in there, fully assembled, what a life-saver! The bag is, indeed, huge, but manageable. It has a big sturdy shoulder strap. Make sure you buy lots of extra porta brace stuff bags. Those are really useful for carrying miscellaneous things (cleaning cloths, lens adapters etc) plus give your camera more padding. The case has some pretty large pockets too, allowing me to carry all my memory cards, batteries, and more. I love this case!

[Gold Mount] This is required for mounting the clamp that comes with the Wooden Camera PL mount adapter for the Sony FS-7. It is expensive but allows for a sturdy lens mount without tying up or blocking camera rods.

[Gold Mount] Works great. Obviously pretty heavy, but makes sense for it to be sturdy aluminum. Cool that it works well on its own and also can support the pl adapter.

[1] Honestly I just got it and I'm positively shocked at what a great idea this type of rigging is and how well it seeems to take weight. I've got Hytron batteries on it which are INCREDIBLY heavy and while I wouldn't recommend doing it too much just knowing it can take it in a pinch is great. Great build quality. A idea, A execution
