A: No. It's too big to fit this lens. The 85mm will fit 82mm filter thread. I think you will need the 61mm Kaiser cap

A: I'd measure the outside diameter of the the step up with something accurate like vernier calipers or a micrometer. I purchased the 90mm push on Cap to fit a Schneider centre ND filter which I measured to be exactly 90mm outside diameter and the cap was a fairly tight fit.

A: I don't have an X100 any more, so I can't measure.Get an accurate metric ruler. Measure across the widest dimension of the lens, from the outside of the rim to the outside of the opposite side. The measurement you get is the size you should buy.

[97 mm] Finding a 92mm push-on lens cap is hard, with very few suppliers world-wide. This one was brand new with a great price from B&H and very speedy dispatch and delivery to me in England. Thank you! 5

[Front] These covers are super versatile. I use them on scopes that don't have caps designed for them. They fit excellently and stay on until removed. 5

[Slip-On] I love the push on caps and after the filter these are the next items that go on all my lenses. They don't get lost. well made. and the pinch type that come with the lenses they are not used 5

[Slip-On] I'm actually using this as a cap for my Nikon microscope eyepiece tube. Some older Nikon microscopes use this size, and this fits perfectly. I use these for many of my camera lenses as well, and it fits very well. They fit snugly, but not so snugly you can't get it off when you need to. These have to be one of my favorite caps. 5

[Slip-On] Fits LEE 82mm WA lens adapter ring. I can now keep the adapter ring on my lens and use this cap to protect the front element. 5

[Slip-On] These are nice and snug, and they fit perfectly!! Why couldn't Bushnell come up with these in the first place?! They're great... I recommend them wholeheartedly. They fit much better than the caps that originally came with the scope. 5
