Q: 1. Someone commented that you have to steam out wrinkles. Do you have to do after every time it is folded up? Is that the case with all pop up screens?

A: No, once you steam out any initial wrinkles, it should be good. When the background open up it stretches the fabric and any small wrinkles should come out.

Q: 2. Will this work on a Canon SL2 without disabling the flash, modifying the diffuser, or needing adhesive?

A: The FD100 would fit onto the hot shoe of the SL2 without any modifications to the pop up flash.

Q: 3. You state that the Vello Folding Pop-Up Diffuser (B&H # VEFD110) will not fit the Nikon D800. Is this - the Vello Universal Pop-Up Diffuser (B&H # VEFD100) the best alternative to diffuse the D800 on camera flash?

Q: 4. What is the reflector clip and how is it used?

A: The reflector clip on top of the stand would suspend the background up.

Q: 5. Does it work on Canon 1DX ? How far the light can support ?

A: This product will not work with the Canon 1DX, as the 1DX does not have a pop up flash.

Q: 6. Does the stand come with a carry bag?

A: No. The following item comes with no bag.

Q: 7. Video question. I know this is muslin so it's not light-reflective but can it reflective RGB color that is a video light so can change the color of the background whatever the RGB light is casting to the gray background. Can this be done?

A: Yes you can change the Grey with the RGB color

Q: 8. Will it work with the Nikon d5600?

A: Yes, it will fit the Nikon D5600.

Q: 9. How do you attach the border at the top of the background to the spring loaded mechanism at the top of the stand? I have the velcro at the top of the background in a loop which I wrapped around the spring loaded mechanism as an alternative but the border is supposed to be held by the spring loaded mechanist and it does not want to go in there at least not flush.

A: Use the tabs to pull the clip open. Insert the edge of the background.

Q: 10. What is the lowest height this unit can go with the background attached to the tripod?

[Polyester] My primary use for this is so I can show virtual backgrounds on Zoom calls to my friends and family out of town. It works perfectly! Although I had to bob and weave to get my head off camera, the images of my grandkids and vacation photos came through just fine. Any wrinkles on the screen were not picked up by my webcam, so I'm not going to bother steaming them out. If I use it for more technical photography, I may have to do it then. I was aware from the other reviews that the clip on the top of the stand was a bit fragile, so I treated it accordingly and it worked just fine. There is not a tab in the center when the screen is horizontal, so I ran a cord between the two tabs and hung the screen that way. It folds up just fine -- if you're not familiar with the technique, there's plenty of YouTube videos. 5

[Polyester] This is the second reversible background that I have, and I found it much better than the first. I like the fact that it has both blue and green sides. Usually I use the green side, but every now and then I need to flip it and use the blue. I also like the fact that it has the stand and is very easy to hang from the middle of either side. 5

[8.9 lb] I happened to see this advertised in the Deal Zone one day and realized I had an upcoming need for it. So I ordered it, it arrived, and was put into use a couple days later. It worked perfectly as a background for some studio product shots. I used both the white and black sides. Excellent value and no more wasted time trying to remove wrinkles from other backdrops. 5

[Polyester] A game changer when you consider I previously used a rolled paper backdrop that got bent and wrinkled in the transfer process. It quickly folds down, for easy transport, and has 2 different color sides to be used depending on the mood of the photoshoot. The stand and attachment were a bit flimsy, but I simple bring along 2 stands and a cross bar, that I brought at B&H, that expands to the desired length. Seems to be a quality product, as well. 5
