A: I bought a handle adaptor. It attaches where you would mount a tripod. The handle comes up and over the top of camcorder, and you would slide this light into the slot. The shoe on top of your camcorder can be used with a flash.

A: yes the light level is adjustiable with the rotary dial---also i would suggest getting the sony NP-QM91D battery it will last 5-6 hours and can be charged in a sony BC-VM10 charger.

A: Sorry, no, this product will not work for it does not have the necessary Multi Terminal foot.Please see attached Sony HVL-LEIR1. This has the necessary Multi Terminal foot.If you wish a 3rd party light, you will need the Vello CB-510 Dual Shoe Bracket to hold a conventional ISO cold shoe. You attach the bracket to the camera's tripod shoe. There is a screw hole in the brackets attachment knob so that you can still mount it to a tripod.

I have ordered all the way from the Philippines, because I couldn't find one back here, putting it up all together was a slight problem because the instruction manual wasn't very clear, but the end product is amazing! I recommend this mount, above everything else! It is sturdy, stylish, and what you see in the pictures, is what you can expect. Great for those who are multi-tasking - I have a mac mini and a macbook on the side and this mount surely saved up a lot of space in my table! 5

[Steel, Silicone] I love this stand! I bought one to hold my 17 laptop above one of my synths. After changing my setup I later decided to put a Roland TR-8 on it instead. It fits perfectly. The adjustable height allows me to set the position to exactly what I need. I've just purchased a second stand to hold a Roland System-1. It's a great way of cramming a lot of gear into a small space. Small, simple, sturdy, inexpensive. 5
