However, the Sound Blaster Audigy Fx V2 doesn't just enhance your entertainment content. The SmartComms Kit includes a suite of applications that are specifically developed to simplify online communications. Features include VoiceDetect for automatic muting and unmuting and two-way noise cancellation. A 3.5mm microphone jack is available alongside a line-in port. Installing a separately purchased Sound Blaster Audigy Fx V2 DBPro daughter adds support for 7.1 surround sound and an optical-out port. A low-profile bracket is included. [4 GB] I have an older HP desktop with integrated sound card that would not support a Visio 4.1 sound bar. Thought I would try this Sound Blaster card and now I have surround sound with subwoofer that is simply outstanding. Easy installation and setup. Love it. 5

[5.1] Great sound card. It just keeps jumping from the regular line to S/PDIF. But, I think that has something to do with my computer. I have to continue to download the driver even though I believe they are still there. Maybe I should just switch to S/PDIF. 5

[4 GB] The product works as advertised. I work at home and was in need of a better sound card than the integrated one on my motherboard and this product was it. Less memory use therefore tying up less resources. I have an older model PC and it has made the difference in getting my work done. 5

[0.415 lb] When my monitor (with speakers) died I got a new one without speakers. The old one was using HDMI and worked fine. Unfortunately the new one lacked speakers and I discovered that when I plugged my speakers into the computers on board card they wouldn't work. I purchased this Sound Blaster card to see if this would fix the problem. In short, it is the best I've seen. It was an easy installation and the sound is far superior to what I had before. I give it 5 stars for ease of installation and quality of product. 5

[4 GB ] Bought a Sound Blaster because of problems with sound on my brand new computer. Microsoft couldn't fix it, the compute OEM couldn't fix iit, and I was faced with returning the computer -- after I had installed and copied over all my stuff. The solution? The inexpensive Sound Blaster card. It plugged in in snap, drivers loaded without a hitch, and -- like the headline says -- it works. Quite nicely, I might add. 5
