Power your camera and accessories using a high-capacity V-mount battery with this black Tilta PD V-Mount Battery Plate Blackfrom Tilta. This universal plate features two 14.8 VDC D-Tap outputs, one 5V USB-C output, and one 60W USB-C PD output. The USB-C PD output allows the plate to adjust its voltage to meet the needs of the accessory it is powering.

You can mount the plate onto a standard 15mm LWS rig using the included rod clamp, and it also features multiple 1/4"-20 threads with anti-twist divots to accommodate multiple mounting positions. The battery plate assembly is made of durable aluminum and stainless steel.

A: No, the Tilta PD V-Mount Battery Plate (Black) does not have an on/off switch.

Q: 6. How do I move the locating pins from the horizontal to vertical position? I’ve tried pulling them out with pliers with no luck.

A: You could use Needle nose pliers would allow you to remove the screws. The pins unscrew like normal screws.

Q: 7. Can I move the locating pins to the holes next to the screw instead of above and below?

A: Yes, the locating pins have two positions and can be used in horizontal or vertical orientation on the Tilta L-Series Battery Plate.

Q: 8. What are the dimensions?

A: Unfortunately, the manufacturer has not posted these specs and since, as of this writing, this is a new product, which we have not yet received in stock, we have no means of verification at this time.

A: The Tilta Universal Battery Plate attaches to 15mm rods.

[V-Mount] Perfect V-Mount for the Sony FX3 and a short battery. This is just a v-mount plate, it does not pass power in anyway. 5

[60 W] Very good piece of hardware, especially if you are building a compact rig without extensive power demands. I use a dtap splitter to cover my nucleus nano motor and wheel, and my bmpcc. Significantly cheaper and lighter than other bulky battery plates. 5

[60 W] It's overpriced, yes. You could get a smallrig and be 98% as happy I think. But this is just 2% more thoughtful in the ergonomics and engineering of it and so when I bought a couple mini D-tap batteries I decided to get this along with it, and they pair together perfectly. So I'd say, for video work, if you know you're going to use it a lot, then get it, and cry once. 5
