The maximum amount of power for the 802.3af (PoE) standard is 15.4 watts. The maximum for the 802.3at (PoE+) standard is 25.5 watts. Ubiquity mixes PoE equipment standards with 12V, 24V, 48V and 50V PoE adapters but most PoE equipment is 48V PoE or PoE+. Usually you only need higher voltages to reach longer distance's. Sometimes it is hard to get PoE+ to reliably work over 100M or 300ft, so you would need a PoE injector with slightly higher voltage to deliver 25W at 300 plus feet.For the record, the Panasonic camera does not need GB speed which uses all 8 conductors. 100mb over 2 pairs CAT5 or CAT5E (using only 4 of 8 conductors) will work fine.
