[2.285 lb] This is a great, easy to use clamp for light weight LED lights, they go on quick around standard diameter light poles and truss. They have inner ring adapter that comes with it for smaller 1.5” truss. They are made of plastic but it seems heavy duty and after a couple years of using them we have not had a single on break. It helps to have a small bag of washers on hand to slip one in for a frim fit.

[Metal] Mission accomplished! These stands have enabled me to position my desk closer to the wall to maximize my space. A couple of previous stands were also solid but had larger footprints with their centered columns. These off-set columns have gifted a couple of extra inches. They are exactly as described and set-up was done by myself with minor effort. Vertical set-up simple and seamless. Llooking forward to the arrival of the horizontal plates (on order).

Well pleased with these and have no complaints.

Future engineering brainstorming could take these further with an internal tube for easy toe-in positioning. The single column design involves moving the entire stand which can be cumbersome to workaround table base legs. Adjustments would also be further tweaked by the addition of a 2-piece slider plate system or bracket attachment at the monitor.

Well worth the investment of expensive studio monitors. Had my 8341 on some stands using the isopod and while in-room corrections were great, there was no stability - these stands fix that completely. Much heavier than my previous stands filled with sand.

While these stands are re-branded under Genelec, they are the same as the K&M 26740 without the plate. Therefore, quality is assured and the expense is worth it. As the 26740 is a recommended 'fixing' for my Focal CMS 40's, these stands fit perfectly, and will fit any speaker with a 3/8 mounting thread. It was nice to get my speakers of my studio desk, and these stands are rock solid with good isolation. Please note that these are MUCH heftier than the pic seems to illustrate as these might look like a mic stand at first glance. You will certainly need the heft, as anyone who owns even the smallest Focals or Genelecs can attest to how heavy they are.

[Metal] This stand is really solid and stable. Base is 17.7 inches in diameter, but it holds the right Genelec 8030C speaker very securely, together with the rubber vibration damping base. I am using this with the left speaker on a Genelec table stand, which is shorter but extremely sturdy as well. The floor stand has a good clamp for height adjustment and an auxiliary hook for height security. Thank you.
