The stand has a 5/8" baby pin mount on the top to attach camera stabilizer systems and gimbals with their support accessories. The mast has a diameter of 1.7", which allows you to clamp multiple types of accessories like a utility tray, monitor arm, and many more.

The Alpha C-stand has three sections to adjust the height with quick and secure locking knobs. The central main post of the stand is also height adjustable. A: Your Elinchrom Head should fit on the 6-inch pin on the smaller, grooved, off-set end of the pin. But, first slide the small end of the pin through the appropriate-sized hole in the grip-head (on the arm extension) after turning the handle on the grip head to loosen the grip head and open the holes wide enough to slip the pin through. Then tighten the grip head handle to hold the pin in place, and to the angle you choose. Once that is done, you can then attach the Elinchrom head to the grooved end of the pin and re-adjust the angle and height.

[44.09 lb /20 kg] I was looking for the best solution for a dock. You are gonna need one if you want to balance your steadicam the right way. These things are hard to find but this is definitely a great buy plus you can fold it in half for easy storage. 5

[44.09 lb /20 kg] I just ordered 4 of these for our film set. I am working with 4 Sony 24 inch production monitors and having found Shape's monitor mount, it was a breeze to install them on C-stands. I am familiar with the Shape push-button systems, but I was NOT expecting a push-button on that kind of system. It allows you to change the angle of the monitor super fast and it's very solid.The mount has a brake system which deals very well and stops heavy monitors from falling down. I highly recommend! 5

[44.09 lb /20 kg] This is a must have for any grips or lighting guys wanting to mount securely to odd places. Wedge between plywood and foam for extra security. Although it is very heavy, it adds to the overall strength. Not as important as cardalini clamps or mafer clamps, but still great for saving the day on set. 5
