Q: 6. Does the quick release plate work with Arca Swiss style quick release clamps? If not, does B-Grip make a plate that works with Arca Swiss clamps and their own quick release system? I have RRS clamps on all my heads so this would really be a key feature for me.

A: B-Grip does not work with Arca. I actually use the B-Grip cross body strap, and an Arca release clamp attached to my 70-200mm lens, for easy transfer from body to tripod. The B-grip cross body is by far the most comfortable of all I've used. I did buy this belt, but preferred the Spider when worn as a belt harness, and with Spider you can get an Arca accessory plate.

If you will be positioning the Foamcore in a position that puts more stress on the lock like in a horizontal position it may not hold as well. It will all depend on how it is used. Another option I could suggest to you would be the Matthews Mini Grip Head. BH #MAMGH For full control of the Foamcore you may need to get a normal sized grip head.
