Designed for 550 MHz high-speed data applications, such as 100BASE -TX, 100BASE-VG, and 155 ATM, as well as high-speed applications, such as 622 ATM, Wideband, Ethernet 1000BASE-T, and emerging applications with anticipated data rates to 3.2 Gb/s, the red Cat6 550 MHz Shielded LAN Cable 1000' - Redfrom Cat6 550 MHz Shielded LAN Cable 1000' - Redcomes in 1000' lengths marked off in one foot increments; so you can make cables of any length as needed. It is packaged in a simple pull-through designed box to keep this bulk cable free of kinks and knots. It follows the Cat6 standard and has been constructed using four shield twisted pairs wrapped in a sturdy PVC (polyvinyl chloride) jacket that perform well in noisy environments, feature strong attenuation and crosstalk characteristics, as well as 24 AWG solid bare copper conductors.

[T568B] B&H probably has the best price on this tool, regardless it is a necessity! Lightweight (it is mostly plastic), durable, and bright yellow are all features which make it easy to tote around and find it quickly in my tool bag. I usually use heavy duty shears to cut cable but the cable cutter on this tool works well on unshielded cables. The adjustable blade for scoring the cable jacket is great as you can get it just so to avoid nicking any of the conductors. Wish I had purchased this tool earlier. If you are still using a pocket knife or razor blade to score the jackets then you are missing out on this! 5

[Cat 6] This is excellent quality cable that remains flexible in sub freezing conditions. No inner stiffener, so this is easy cable to route in tight bends. This is my favorite Catagory6 cable. Solid copper. 23awg. 5

[330 pF/ft] I'm using this cable to upgrade my CAT5E to all CAT6. I do notice an increase in my network speeds. The cable is thicker than CAT5E so it takes a little bit to get the ends on. 5

[T568B] Just finished my networking project using Cmple's Bulk Cat6 cable in black color (1000 feet) and it's been fantastic! [T568B] We are using this wire to set up a IP-based multi-camera system all powered by PoE. This wire is solid-core and has pretty heavy sheathing, so it's a bit stiff to pull through walls. (This isn't so bad--I'd rather have a little too stiff than too flimsy.) The colors on the individual wires are bright, which is great after having dealt with other brands where the orange and brown are almost indistinguishable. So far the wire has held up well and we've had no issues with signal loss or power loss over 75- to 100-foot runs. It's not the cheapest wire, but it is a good value, especially for long PoE runs. Definitely recommended. 5
