The PARD 3.7x35 TS34 Thermal Riflescope Laser Rangefinderfrom PARD 3.7x35 TS34 Thermal Riflescope Laser Rangefinderallows you to see your target in the dark as well as during the day, and offers a suite of functions designed to get you on target quickly. The TS34 looks like a traditional optical riflescope, but uses a 384 x 288 LWIR thermal sensor and PARD's Infrared Enhancement Algorithm technology to reveal targets obscured by the dark or bad weather. Its ≤25mK noise equivalent temperature difference at 32°F produces a clean, low-noise image.

The circular LTPS display offers a bright image with high contrast and the choice of six reticles. The rangefinder accurately measures the distance to objects up to 1200 yards away. Control is simple and intuitive with the focus lever and the multifunction control knob. Image Shift Zero makes it easy to keep your gun sighted in, the ballistic calculator computes your round's trajectory, and the long eye relief makes shooting safe and comfortable.

The display lets you see every detail of your target and provides high picture resolution. Experience high-clarity images with vivid colors.

Four inches of eye relief allow you to see the whole with no danger of being injured by your rifle's recoil. A rubber eye cup is included to block stray light.

The basic parameters are shown on both sides of the screen, so the middle area is maximized for you to observe your targets.

The focus lever allows you to manually adjust your focus without losing sight of your target.

Fast and slow rotation and other control settings make it easy to adjust high distance and ballistic data values in just a few seconds. It's convenient for entering data for shooting considerations such as distance, velocity, altitude, etc.

Range targets up to 1200 yards away with low power consumption.

Using image shift zero, the image will shift to the center and align with the crosshair center point. After zeroing for the first time, the impact point and the center of the crosshair will always align, which maximizes the use of the entire observation field.

The ballistic calculator can precisely calculate the bullet's travel distance and then indicate an auxiliary cross-hair on the side, giving you precise trajectory for long range targets.

[7.5 x 5.6°] very easy to use. Locks on target quickly and easily. Battery usage much better than expected. Used 5 rounds and battery still shows full charge. Very clear picture. works well with unsteady hands. Only drawback is no magnet mount for cart.

[7.5 x 5.6°] This Nikon Laser 50 is better than the 4K Black. I now have both, and did an AB test on them.

They range exactly the same, at about 3700 yards each(best case) and about 1900 on trees.

The main difference is the L50 has a Magnesium case, and will display angle or compensated yardage in the display.

The Laser 50 also comes with a 5 year warranty.

I'm not sure why Nikon called it a 50, and not a 4K Black mark II, but this performs exactly the same as the old 4k Black.

[384 x 288] I've owned some of the most popular rangefinders and used most of the rest at one time or another while playing golf with others. As a longtime Canon user, I was happy they jumped into this category with their optics and technology.
As a rangefinder:
+ Locks onto pin with prism immediately. -Faster than all the rest I've ever used, it's actually quite surprising how fast it locks on.
+ Unit vibrates when lock is established.
+ Numbers are crisp and easy to see in viewfinder. Integrated diopter adjustment for those who need it like me.
+ Unit is small, lightweight and fits in back pocket - I mostly walk while playing and wanted a small form factor. Always wondered why most of them are not smaller. Not an issue in my hand to hold steady while taking readings with image stabilization.
+ Rechargeable battery via USB C (no more searching for CR2s). Battery charge icon is lit in viewfinder each time unit is utilized.
+ Zoom function is handy to located far targets and even help identify golf balls- was on the tee side of a creek and wasn't sure whose ball carried the hazard. Used the zoom function to identify the ball from 20 yards away.
+Canon menu is simple to navigate and set the unit/change and modify.
+ Camera is an added bonus; I did not purchase it for that function but have used it and works to my expectations with a small handheld device. Same with the video.
- Only option that some will miss is the internal magnet that other brands have to enable the unit to be put on the support bar of a golf car and help you forget your rangefinder after golf.

[50 Hz] I purchased these for hunting and have used them for about one week glassing mule deer and pronghorn is the wide open spaces of Wyoming. The glass is shockingly crisp and bright with zero edge distortion or chromatic aberration and is exceptionally bright in low light. The electronics are quick and responsive. The controls are very intuitive and tactile. I compared these side by side with the Leica Geovids and Swaro EL Range and I could not tell a difference in glass quality. The electronics in the Swaro are worse but the electronics in the Geovids were superior (although I don't need a ballistic calculator in my optics). One thing to note is that the binos DO CALCULATE TRUE HORIZONTAL RANGE. Why that isn't advertised is beyond me. All in all if someone gifted me $4k to spend on binos I'd buy these again...and then spend the other $2500 or so on something else.
