Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. I have a Benro B1 ballhead. Am considering the B2 ballhead. The tripod is the C2691T. Will the B2 fit this tripod?

A: From the Benro website, Customer Service FAQ's:I own a ballhead made by another manufacturer. Am I able to use it with my Benro Tripod?Benro tripods all have a 3/8-16 stud that will mate with a socket of that same size on Benro heads. This spec is fairly standard throughout the industry, so almost all non-Benro heads will fit. Make sure that whatever head you use, its load capacity is sufficient for the camera/lens being placed on it.So, it appears the answer is yes.

Q: 2. Does the B2 traction control have ”clicks?”

A: No " clicks"

Q: 3. Is the quick plate of the Benro ball head compatible with a Peak Design Capture clip?

A: It is compatible with the Peak Design Capture Clip.

Q: 4. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A 'DOUBLE' ACTION BALL HEAD, AND A 'TRIPLE' ACTION BALL HEAD?

A: This head should actually be listed as a triple action, but the triple action has an extra knob for controlling friction.

Q: 5. What is the vertical tilt of the IB2? The vertical for the B2 is listed as -45° to +90°.

A: This head would have the same vertical tilt as the Benro B2.

Q: 6. Will this fit 501pl plate?

A: No, as the 501pl is Manfrotto's, and only fits Manfrotto's quick release system. You will need an Arca Swiss type plate.

Q: 7. What L bracket would work with this ball head and my Nikon D5600?

A: There are a number of L brackets that will work, click on the following link to see your choices; https://bhpho.to/30WF5Si

Q: 8. Is it portable with manfrotto mk 190 series?

A: Yes, the Benro IB0 Triple Action Ball Head would be compatible for use with the Manfrotto MT190X3 Aluminum Tripod. The Manfrotto MT190X3 Aluminum Tripod upper disc diameter for the head mount is 2.36 inches (59.94 mm), while the base of the Benro IB0 Triple Action Ball Head is 1.81 inches (46mm). The base of the Benro IB0 Triple Action Ball Head has a standard 3/8"-16 female threaded socket and the center column on the Manfrotto MT190X3 Aluminum Tripod has a male 3/8"-16 threaded screw. The items would be compatible with each other.

Q: 9. Does the quick release plate locking knob incorporate a safety mechanism, such as pull and twist, similar to what is found on some other Benro ball heads?

A: Actually, there is a safety mechanism: once the pressure has been relieved on the ball by untwisting the knob, the knob must be pulled out and twisted once more to release the plate. Look at the pictures, where this mechanism can be seen.

Q: 10. Does this screw into the top of the red, quick release grip handles?

A: No, to add a 1-inch ball to the top of the quick release handle youll need this: a href= https://www.ikelite.com/collections/mounts/products/1-inch-ball-mount-for-quick-release-handle target= _blank https://www.ikelite.com/collections/mounts/products/1-inch-ball-mount-for-quick-release-handle/a

[Aluminum] Bought this to replace another arm for my field monitor that broke. This is much sturdier than the one that broke and is capable of multiple angles. Definitely worth the money. Wish there was a larger one but this will do nicely.

[0.175 lb] I have been on the endless search of a clamp like this that is STURDY! Well, if you are looking for a clamp of this size, you will not be disappointed. The QUALITY of this clamp is A+
The gripping power is super solid. It's also the first time I bought a clamp like this with dual tightening. It's a must! Lastly, I'm going to bring up the quality again. It feels like these will last a lifetime. I purchased 2. Super happy! Highly recommended.

[Aluminum] The Aquatica ball clamps are really good at holding arms in place. The large knob allows for easy tightening and loosening above and below water. I found that the Aquatica clamps hold better than the Ultra Light clamps. You can really crank down tight with this large knob. I like how some of the Ultra Light clamps have cutouts, but this further limits the arm hold. Think about whether there is a heavy or long arm that will be clamped. If so, go with Aquatica. I have a 16-inch arm attached to one triple ball clamp. There is a heavy underwater video light on the end of that 16-inch arm. This is a good amount of weight out of water. The best clamps will allow a little bit of movement out of the water when there is a 16-inch arm and a 1 1/2-pound video light on it. The Ultra Light moved a lot, every time. If weight or length is not an issue, then most other clamps will work fine.
