I bought this for my Panasonic HC-X2 so I wouldn't have to rely on the battery for some indoor stationary shoots. Absolutely no problems using the unit. The plastic casing seems somewhat flimsy compared to the quality of the materials of the camera, but it looks like it can stand up to normal wear and tear. 5

Nice to have this for document and slide scanning projects. Swapping batteries was tedious and problematic if not charged. B&H delivered a few days sooner than promised as well. 5

During long astrophotography exposures, really good not to worry about battery life. Works fine, exc the cord exit from the battery compartment is a little too tight. Worried about damaging something when closing. 5

I needed this to power my D810 and convert my classes to online teaching. Now, I don't have to keep using/charging my batteries to shoot videos; this adapter kit solves the power issue and works exactly as described. My only concern is that the dummy battery seems weakly constructed and potentially could fail. Otherwise, this kit has been a lifesaver! 5
