A: if the grip takes NP-W126 battery , it should be compatible

Q: 5. Is this battery and charger compatible with the NP-770 battery that is used in the Elvid 7" 4K On Camera Monitor?

A: Yep! The Bescor batteries are 2200mAh as opposed to the 4400mAh battery that came with the monitor. They’ll work just the same, it’ll just provide a little less run time than the 4400mAh battery. The Chargers should work on all the batteries as well.

A: The battery is 98 watt hours. Divide the number of watts you are powering into that to determine the run time.

Q: 7. will this power and fint the 12v connection for the Blackmagic Video Assist 4K?

A: This battery solution can provide 12 volts which the Video Assist 4K can run off. The power plug is unfortunately not compatible with the Video Assist 4K. The Video Assist 4K uses a 2.5mm barrel port and this power cable can be considered to make the connection from the battery to the Video Assist 4k. A: While we are not aware of a specific test done between the two it should work. The original Pocket Cinema Camera uses EN-EL20 style batteries.

Q: 9. Will this power the GH4 YAGH Interface?

A: The YAGH operates on a nominal 12VDC current. That is what this battery provides. You are good to go.

[OM System BLX-1] I bought this for my Panasonic HC-X2 so I wouldn't have to rely on the battery for some indoor stationary shoots. Absolutely no problems using the unit. The plastic casing seems somewhat flimsy compared to the quality of the materials of the camera, but it looks like it can stand up to normal wear and tear. 5

[OM System BLX-1] Works well with the BMPCC 4k and gets over four hours of use on average with full screen brightness. Fully charges in three to four hours. Best priced large capacity battery to use with the BMPCC, but you'll need to purchase an adapter cable for use. 5

[OM System BLX-1] I needed this to power my D810 and convert my classes to online teaching. Now, I don't have to keep using/charging my batteries to shoot videos; this adapter kit solves the power issue and works exactly as described. My only concern is that the dummy battery seems weakly constructed and potentially could fail. Otherwise, this kit has been a lifesaver! 5

[1] One of the Q&A’s says the Bescor BLS50AC dummy battery adapter kit is not compatible with the Olympus E-PL9. I asked Bescor ( answers@bescor.com ) why the kit is compatible with the Olympus OM-D E-M5/M10, but not the Olympus Pen E PL9, since all three use the same Olympus BLS-50 battery. The response was: “It will work. Your camera just needs to be added to our list.” The Bescor is 8V 3A. The Olympus battery is 7.2V 1175 mAh (1.175A). I did some online research to see if a device built for 7.2V could operate at 8V. One person describing himself as an engineer posted that 7.4V Lithium batteries actually span a 6V to 8.4v voltage range depending on state of charge of the battery. Another “senior electrical engineer” said that because all devices are designed with some voltage tolerance value, a 7.4 volt device means 7.4 volt +/- 1 to 1.5 volts. Still other posts indicated that you can use a 3A power adapter on a 1.5A device. By logical extension, I figured (I don’t actually know) that since the PL9 uses a 7.2 volt battery, it is probably designed to also work at 8 volts, and is also okay running at 3A. Based on the response from Bescor and the Internet voltage and amperage responses, I decided to purchase the Bescor and use it with my PL9. I haven’t seen any sign of overheating or other problems with this setup so far, but will update this review if that changes. I did not deduct points for the need to leave the battery compartment open because I knew that would be the case when I bought it. 5

[7.2 VDC] The power source works perfectly in our Olympus OM-D E-M10 II & III cameras. For the E-M10 II camera you have to leave the battery hatch open, to accommodate the cord, but it still works fine. 5
